My rug had a moth infestation, and they were able to pick it up quickly and efficiently, returning it spotless and moth free (as well as moth proofed) 4 days later. Miracle company. Our carpet is old and it was stained with everything from dog accidents to heavy traffic areas, to wine, to coffee, etc. They were diligent and determined to get those stains out, and I was shocked to see the results. It has not looked this good in years. Maybe not the cheapest option, but it's like the old saying goes. Totally worth paying a little bit more to get a proper carpet cleaning.
