I needed a vendor for furniture rentals for a dinner party I was hosting and found All Borough Party Rental nearby. From the moment I reached out, communication was amazing, fast and concise! They explained in detail all of the options for delivery and pricing for my party needs. Upon delivery, the associate was extremely helpful and quick! The items came in perfect, clean condition and were easy to set up. I rented wine glasses, water glasses, carafes, and tables + chairs. I highly recommend using All Borough Party Rental for your party needs!

I've hired Allboro several times for events all over New York City. They have been very dependable, punctual, effective, well equipped, flexible, and affordable. Quite simply, AllBoro is the the best value in town when it comes to events in New York. Happy to recommend them.

Really poor customer service. Called asking if I could rent 1 table (which costs $10 on their website). They told me I would need a $50 minimum which would not include delivery - I would still have to go all the way out to Queens to pick up and drop it off. Makes no sense to me and the lady on the phone related it to the analogy of how it would be like me reserving a table for 1 at a restaurant, which is really not the same scenario. I would always be allowed to make a reservation for 1 at a restaurant and my deposit would go towards my bill. Irony is I needed 1 table for my housewarming next week but in 2 months I needed to plan a whole baby shower with multiple tables/chairs - definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I am giving them 3 stars because the entire experience was fine until the post rental invoice which was sent without any explanation — $ 120 for a missing chafing dish.

I called them to find out what is this. They said that one dish was missing. I was there when people came to pick it up. They counted everything, and no questions was asked.

The woman said she'll call back. When she did, a chafing dish miraculously has been changed to an insert, and a price went down to $15. However, we had nothing on our side. Most likely it was misplaced or.something else, considering a weird situation with "confusing" a $120 chafing dish with $15 insert.

We rented it for a big event at work. We don't need an insert, either a chafing dish. I personally made sure everything was packed. Anyway, be aware, especially if you request a big rental. Not a pleasant experience.

I organized beautiful baby shower for my friend last weekend. I rented all needed items from All borough Party Rentals. Everything: tables, chairs, linens, glass etc was beautiful and clean. It was delivered and picked up on time and price was really affordable! I would like to recommend this company to everyone! One of the best firms I have ever dealt with!

We did not have the best experience with this company. Initially the communication was good however by the end it all became confusing. Before our event they said they would deliver our rentals (chair, red carpet, stanchions) and confirmed via phone call and email to setup the chairs and red carpet, not the stanchions. On the day of our wedding, we found out they did not bring the red carpet and they did not setup the chairs which caused stress on our part as it was our big day. After the event, we called to ask about why that happened on our event. The lady who answered the phone was just as unapologetic and rude as she could be. Pros: they came on time, but came back later than expected for pick up. Cons: everything else. I do not recommend them.

I used all borough rentals for a new years eve party and could not be happier.their delivery was on time and reasonable.their pricing is also the best in the city. Please give them a try and you will not regret it. I ordered coat racks, cocktail tables, regular tables etc and everything was clean and in good condition.
