If you don't mind hearing the veterinarian scream and humiliate her staff and use fear as a way to gain money. This is your place.

What an awesome team! Made room in schedule for a new client. Dr Peggy and the team here are kind, and amazingly good with our furry nervous Nellie

This is the most caring, professional vet center I have ever been to! The staff loves cats, and does everything they can to make sure your pet is safe, healthy, and cared for.
I contacted All Cats Care Center after finding a large cyst on my 15 year old kitty's belly. My cat was a new patient, and they scheduled a visit just 2 days after I called. After being checked out by Dr. Peggy, my cat was scheduled for surgery the next week. The staff has gone above and beyond in caring for my cat, even calling after surgery to see how my cat was doing. Besides the breast cancer diagnosis, a second medical issue was found which she is now being treated for.

I adore all of the staff, and love how they care for their patients. I highly recommend this facility for your cat's care.

I don’t typically leave reviews, let alone bad ones but all cats care has put a bad taste in my mouth. I would also just like to state before the vet replies to this review saying I am not a client, that this accout I’m writing from is under my maiden name, so it will not come up in the system. As far as the doctor, she is very unprofessional and has terrible bedside manor. She will use guilt tactics (like many other reviews have stated) to try and persuade you to have certain procedures done and go as far as how harmful the food you are feeding them is. She has told me the same story that sounds like she has memorized from a script, 3-4 times about Egyptian history and how cats grew up in the dessert to try and get you to change your cats diet and will literally end it with “I have no evidence to support this, it’s just what I believe”……………. I used to go to another vet before the year I was with all cats care and have been to appts that my family vet uses, and have never heard this “belief” or story once. I told her about our cat that recently passed of Lymphoma and she went as far as saying that basically can happen again with my current cats if I don’t change their diet to what she suggests. The last check up she pretty much stormed out when I told her I was going to double check with my husband about a procedure she wanted to do, right then and there mind you, and when I said I wanted to discuss it with him first, she quickly ended our visit and I could tell she wasn’t happy. I have always enjoyed talking to the workers who answer the phone and apprieciated their texting service. Although, when I texted them a few days after my last visit (this was last week) inquiring about when my other cat was due for his vaccines, they told me he was overdue and was due in early June and July. Again, I was just
There with my other cat and no word was said about my second cat needing to be seen. When I responded back to the text, thanking them for checking and stating that we were unaware of this and would have brought the second cat in that week when we brought our first, I got absolutely no response when they had been responding within minutes. No apology for not telling us he was due for vaccines (they had texted me and my husband when our other cat was due and he was due after him….) and no text back to ask to schedule those vaccines? Bad vibes from the doctor all around, so if you’re looking to send your cat to this office I would look into some of the reviews first before doing so:)

They are so expensive.they told me i had to spend almost $600 to fix my cat and the shots were $150 and the new vet I go to only wants $200 to fix my cat and the shots are $30 a piece. They charged me a new client exam 2 times and I didn’t even know till I looked at the paperwork. I get it’s a small business but so is my new vet. Seems like they only care about money in my eyes.

Exemplary medical care for our cat, with very reasonable, affordable costs. Kind of like a heaven for cats with medical care included. Doctor Peggy has a passion for her furry patients along with her helpful and friendly staff. I could tell my cat Tino was well taken care of and treated like a baby. This is a worry free facility for cat parents.

Took too long to write a review but first took my cat Brady to all cats care in maybe January or February after he was suffering from diarrhea and ended up having a bunch of other issues that my previous vet couldn’t diagnose and help. The staff was very nice and so was Dr. Peggy! Brady is my first cat and when I had to pick up a medication for him, I asked for them to show me how to administer the medicine and they took me to the back and showed me how to do it. I am very impressed. Bonus points that Dr. Peggy recommends a wet food diet.

Lovely people, they really care about their patients. If you're looking for a place where you can be confident that your cat will be given the best possible treatment, look no further - you've found it.

I have a 17 year old Persian. All I wanted from this visit was to make sure she was not in pain and establish a basic relationship with a veterinary doctor. She immediately wanted to do extensive labs did not even examine her first. No warmth or exam only as it relates to lab work. I have had this senior cat for one year and want her to be comfortable not prolong her life beyond what is reasonable. If your looking to empty your pockets to a person who obviously will take it go for it. If it's compassionate care you are looking for stay away

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I would not recommend this vet. Doctor was very unprofessional on the phone, and even hung up on me when I was politely asking questions. They did not understand that milliliters and milligrams were not a direct conversion and therefore were not even open to the idea of giving my cat pills regardless of how stressed the liquid meds made her, as they told me her dosage was too low for even 5mg of the pill form. After 10 minutes on the phone, I finally got them to do the conversion to which they found she would actually need 33mg… much more than 5. Ran countless expensive tests and recommended services that my new vet said were unnecessary. Just know that if you have a sick pet you might have to really fight for what they need with this vet while draining your pockets in the process. Not saying you will have the same experience as me, just be cautious.

Worst customer service ever.

I have had my cat for 13 year, I also rescued and fostered many cats in the past so I used many vet clinics.   I have never been to a place with worse customer service.

I brought my cat to all cats care center when I moved to Rochester in fall 2022. The vet recommended prescription diet.   Asking the office for a written prescription so I can buy it from stores was a a stressful hassle where I felt that I was begging for a favor rather than getting my right as a paying customer. I told them that my cat is extremely picky and I needed to buy individual cans of different flavors. I couldn't just order a full pack from Chewy as they suggested.   For some reason, writing a prescription required more than 5 business days.

I made another appointment with them against my better judgment. The only reason why I did it was the ease of scheduling.   Unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic and the receptionist showed an absolute lack of empathy or concern for the cat who is there because of a medical issue. She informed me that next time they will have to reschedule if I am more than 10 minutes late and I did not object. 10 seconds later she informed me that they are  not able to see me. There were no other patients in the room or in the parking lot!   I wouldn't be offended if she talked to me in a more respectful, human manner to explain why they couldn't see him. Something like "another cat has a scheduled appointment in few minutes or the vet has to start a surgery soon but we can schedule another appointment for your cat" would have been an acceptable way to address this situation without loosing a customer but I guess some people don't have enough social skills or training to do a their job. All she had was a robotic, "sorry we will have to reschedule" in a judgmental, attacking tone that clearly shows her level of respect for customers and how much she cares about cats' wellbeing. I came to this office  twice and I had to wait in the lounge for over 15 minutes. I had to wait for 5 business days to get my cat's prescription from them. Yet, they treated me with zero respect when I arrived 10 minutes late.   Shows how much they care about cats and how much they care about retaining their  customers.

I am thoroughly happy with my vet visit! Right from the beginning all of the staff and especially DR. Peggy were absolutely wonderful! I was not nervous during the visit for my kitty and was able to go back in with her to see the exams and tests being done (: Dr. Peggy is so unbelievably knowledgeable and so good with cats I can't thank her and the staff enough for treating both my cat and me like royalty, and they even give you a little cat bag to welcome you to their center how cute! ~

I was really appreciative of All Cats Care Center seeing my kitty at the last minute. The reception staff were all excellent - especially Myah, who gave thoughtful help over the phone and provided an estimate of some of the services the doctor may have wanted to run before i even brought my cat in. I was quite distraught and she was very patient with me.

The vet techs were also great - I believe one who did my cats blood pressure was named Holly and she was very approachable and kind. Another who’s name I don’t recall (but she is pregnant if that helps) was also great and answered my additional questions after the doctor walked away before I left the office.

I can’t say that Dr. Peggy was a great fit for us. I found her to be rather off putting. At one point at the end of her explaining the tests she wanted to run on my cat, I asked for a rough estimate of how much the total cost of the visit might be. I didn’t ask as a means of arguing with her about doing the tests, I understood why she wanted to do them. But she responded with “well I’d imagine you’d do anything to help your cat. ” And I was like, sure, but I imagine you want my card to go through at the end of the day, too. I was logistically making sure I’d be able to pay them. It was very condescending. Of course we would all like to go to any lengths to help our animals. That’s why I was at the vet in the first place.

When I went to pick up my cat, the doctor talked to me about her asthma but not about the outcome of any other tests. She walked away without asking me if I had any other questions. They never told me what happened with the bloodwork or if they had those results/what the timeline would be. I had to ask a lot of questions just to get an idea of what I should do if her condition doesn’t improve. When I got home, I noticed another medication in her carrier that no one mentioned at checkout. The care notes provided in the invoice didn’t provide instructions on at home care for the issue that brought us in. The tech did run through 2 of the medications but neglected to mention the third. The invoice did list a rather lengthy lecture on what I should feed her - which wasn’t really needed, as I do feed her the brands the doctor had written there and do already follow those instructions. It was probably stock language, but it didn’t make me feel heard as an owner to see that info there but no info about the reason I actually brought her in.

I had to email the office the next day to ask when we would get bloodwork results in as my kitty was getting worse. I received a response that it was being processed and the doctor would call me with the results, I responded again asking how long it typically takes to process. They then made it clear that bloodwork is processed externally and would take 3+ days to get results back. This would’ve been great to know beforehand. They never did call me to give me the results of the blood work.

The communication from the medical professionals could really be much improved. I’d recommend the doctor spend more time focused on what the owner brought the cat in for, rather than non-emergent recommendations or treatments. Happy to bring her in for those another time, but that wasn’t why we were there. If my cat hasn’t been eating or drinking water, I want that to be the focus of the visit. My cat ended up passing the day after we visited, so the dental work and food brand recommendations weren’t helpful. A representative did call me the next day to check in and recommended I bring her back to be hospitalized when I explained her condition, but I ended up taking her to another practice.

It’s great to see vet offices that just cater to cats. This review was meant to be honest and serve as feedback on how to improve. Building rapport with owners ensures that the cats are getting high-quality care both at home and in-office. I did not feel like my concerns were addressed and the doctor’s demeanor did not feel welcoming to questions or dialogue.

Very nice, caring staff. When I called regarding tipping my cats liquid medicine over (close to the ending doses- maybe 2 left) I was told I would get a call back but never did.that's really my only complaint. If it was earlier in doses, I would've kept calling but.
