The Team at All County Home Inspections delivered great work and quick response time. At my work we needed a mold assessment done to ensure our employees our mold issues were solved. They came in, conducted the test, and gave us our report within the next day! Would recommend to anyone in the future and will use again if ever needed.

Justin did an amazing job at our home inspection today. He was very thorough and took so much time with us, going above and beyond to answer our many questions. We are so happy we chose to get our home inspected post-close. It is so worth it to have the peace of mind and an understanding of what needs to be fixed now and in the future. Highly recommend!

It’s super stressful buying a house in a market where inspections before contracts aren’t normally done. These folks have found a way to make that less stressful and are making our move to the Rochester area a better experience.

We also came across a mold problem and they gave us so many resources and options for us to follow up. They’re willing to continue working with you as your house changes over time. Their service is worth every penny.

Hired through my realtor, they leave something to be desired. They missed a failing sump pump, lack of expansion tank, a bathroom that vented into the attic, and inadequate attic insulation.
I hope they use a thermal imager and take more time these days.
