Tow truck driver by the name of Henderson was sent to assist with my flat tire. First he arrived within 10 mins. In the past with other AAA calls I’ve had to wait up to 2 hours. Second, he was super nice immediately as he exited his vehicle. He promptly put air in my tire & suggested I follow him to a close by tire shop where they were able to plug my tire and send me on my way. Excellent customer service! He made an unpleasant issue on my day off not to unbearable.
