6 When it comes to servicing my boiler I do not hesitate to call them.technician are always courteous and helpful. Paul A.came out today and was able to resolve the issue by contacting the manufacture. He was very professional about the time being on phone with the manufactures customer service. I was very impressed with his thoughtfulness.
I would recommend All Hours Energy to anyone that' would like prompt and efficient service.
This is my second experience with all hours energy and both times were terrific. Very timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. They fixed what another company looked at 5 times and still couldn’t fix. We worked with Carlos and Tim and both were wonderful. A bit pricey but unfortunately we had emergencies that had to be fixed on Sunday evenings both times and we were made aware of the emergency fee so it was very fair.
Technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. Explained the services, cost, and what the work would accomplish. I am confident in their work and feel their prices are fair.
They send to our home unprofessional guy name Juan Carlos. He even doesn't know how to open the unit. He did very rough job. He made extra hole on the wall. He took an hour to look for a tool in his van. I will never recommend this guy. The company shouldn't hired lazy, unprofessional people who doesn't know anything and provide poor quality job and going to charge you extra.
Called for emergency service tonight because I have no heat in my home. The woman that answered asked me if I’m sure its an emergency. As if we’re not in WINTER season and its cold outside. Proceeded to give my info when she hung up on me. Tread lightly with this place in case of an emergency.
A wonderful experience from all points of contact at All Hours Energy. From Cammi on the phone for scheduling (she was kind, patient, and efficient), to Paul A who came out to do the service. Paul took the time to answer all of our detailed questions about the service with both knowledge and clarity. His approach was comprehensive, as he listened to our needs and took action based on a joint understanding. We will absolute use this company again for future service needs. Thank you!
