All Island Transportation, Freeport NY

They suck. Three days in a row I book a cab in advance to railroad station. I keep reminding them I need to be on time at station When time comes I call them and they say oh the cab will be 15 min late. Well my train won’t wait. And my boss will. Be pissed. And they have no care in the world. I get it once in a while. But every day I call to book. I guess it’s time to book with a Uber. People want business and your money but don’t deliver service. Horrible

I waited almost an hour for my cab to come the driver was awesome tho and you do get updates as to where your cab is they need to work on the wait time

After calling about 5 other taxi companies late at night in a panic to find a ride early the next morning, All Island Transportation came to the rescue! They were extremely pleasant and helpful over the phone. My 5 AM taxi was early to pickup and when I got in the car it was very clean and comfortable. My driver was very polite as well. Overall, a great experience. Thanks for the ride!

All Island Transportation saved my day!

I have used All Island numerous times.and have had only good experiences. It was easy to make an appointment, the driver on my most recent trip, Francky was couteous, professional and friendly. I plan on using them again and highly recommend them.

Wonderful drivers. Please be aware that you have you have to book your reservation in advance to get the cab to come get you on time.

I have used their service for many years, and they used to be OK.
In the last few years they have tried to go Uber-like, web based and it's been one disappointment after an other.
My last disappointing experience was a few days ago when to schedule a pickup at JFK no one was answering the phone and I had to use their app.
The price that came up was $9 less than the price they charged my Visa card. I gave the driver a cash tip but later I discovered that, beside the higher fare, they had additionally charged me 20% for the tip. When I called them to protest it I was told that the system, by default, adds 20%. They said that they will credit me that amount.
The pricing in inconsistent.

You have a cab #130 she is speeding with us inside my mother is a cancer patient and just got blood and other things done, today is June 30th 2021. This is unacceptable and not only that she is very rude and also got upset that she had to take us from merrick to inwood inwhich it is her job she stated (so its a 45min drive?) I answered its in inwood, she then said (so its a 45min drive or not) and is still speeding after myself and my mother explained to her to please not cut people off and go in and out of lanes. I would talk to your drivers as they should be professional. I like your company but sometimes there are bad seeds in the mix.
I'm giving it 2 stars for now because all other cabs are great with minor details till it gets better.
