Terrible customer service a box of tile came broken two months ago we've been waiting to get it replaced now they're acting like it never happened been working this Ithaca for 15 years and it's a constant hassle to work with these people. I could go on but I'm not going to.

Extremely happy with measurement and installation of our new granite countertops! Using Noah’s laser measurements, Dan and his team. Tyler, Lucas and Virgil were extremely courteous, competent and professional; and completed the installation with utmost precision. They went above and beyond in making sure the new countertops fit perfectly on our somewhat wonky original cabinets. I would highly recommend this team and would definitely call upon them in the future for other jobs. Super nice guys! Also thanks to Cindi for helping us choose the color and texture of the granite that worked well with our kitchen design style.

The work, communication and customer service has not been good. Seems look terrible. Hole drilled incorrectly. Cheri has been defensive, combative and quite frankly insulting. We are still trying to get this to be decent. Spending a large sum of money does not insure a quality result. Never again.

Jaimie at All Stone & Tile was extremely prompt in getting back to me when I needed my bathroom sink replaced after it cracked. She was able to schedule a repair for a day later. The two young guys who did the repair were very kind and professional, and seemed to have a good time working with each other. The repair itself seems flawless. Thanks!

My wife and I had new quartz counter tops installed by All Stone and Tile last May and were extremely pleased with both the process and the results. They were very helpful and informative, with an extensive showroom, in our decision making.they acted promptly and made sure we approved of the quartz before fabrication. Randy's laser measurements were extremely accurate and, with Dan and his helpers' work, the final result exceeded our expectations in every detail. They went out of their way to provide good service, including some weekend work. We recommend All Stone and Tile without hesitation.

I’ve used this place for two jobs at my house. While the selection of material seems to be excellent, I have never run into an operation managed as poorly as this one.

With the first job, communication seemed somewhat shaky throughout (never getting called back in a timely fashion; being told conflicting things by different individuals), and they had to remove and re-cut a counter because they had cut it incorrectly the first time. Although this took a lot of time and it was a headache, I just chalked it up to “anyone can make mistakes. “ So, when we needed some slate for our kitchen, we thought we’d try them again. What a blunder that was!

We never got past getting the materials on the second job, even though we attempted to work with them for a dozen or so weeks. Similar to another negative comment from a customer above, we found stone, and they put our name on it. We asked for a price; we were given a ridiculous price, and then a couple of days later someone different gave us a completely different price. Additionally, there were some other pieces that we were told were available—later they reneged after going back and forth several times, in the end saying we couldn’t have them. We have told them what we wanted the slate for, created and brought in our own template for cutting it, and asked simply for a price to cut it and to put an edge on it. Well, you’d think we were asking for heaven and earth.

After MANY phone calls, visits, and attempts to get some answers, we finally gave up on this place. We were repeatedly lied to about unimportant things, such as whether or when another employee would be in to give us information and the availability of certain pieces of stone. We are very reasonable people – not difficult clients at all – but they treated us as if they really didn’t care one bit about our business. And these were not isolated encounters – this went on for weeks and weeks.

If you want customer service, or even if you just want to buy a product at this place, save yourself the headache. All Stone and Tile place is an extreme embarrassment.
