It was great to visit this store and try on some of their shoes in person. The store is beautiful and very clean, and well-stocked with different shoes and sizes, plus accessories. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing service, quality products with sustainable and beautiful design. James is a great representative for Allbirds, providing great quality recommendations and just enough suggestions as to never feeling pushy or forced.

Great and to the point suggestions clearly showing that he knows what his customers are wondering without even having to ask.

Great quality shoes, much better than I expected from recycled and alternative based material.

30 day return policy is incredibly generous.

The most comfortable walking shoes! I can do 30,000 footsteps a day without feeling pain or discomfort. Plus service is awesome. Love it!

ALLBIRDS was a great experience. Saleswoman was very helpful. I was on my bike from New Jersey and security allowed my bike inside the store as well. The new shoes are wearing just fine.

Great product. Will continue purchasing in future. However, staff at 5th Avenue store could be trained to provide a more relaxed and friendlier shopping experience.

Love, love, love Allbirds. Passed the store the other day and just went in to check it out - no intention to buy anything - and the 3 of us each walked out with 2 pairs of shoes. James is excellent - so knowledgeable about the product, friendly, helpful. Great shoes. Highly recommend.

I visited twice in the last 3 weeks:
- Great staff — friendly and helpful.
- Well-designed store and well-lit.
- Products — well … my go-to shoes for balancing function, comfort, and aesthetic.
- Returns and exchanges were just the type I like: no fuss.

What made my experience at Allbirds truly special was John. What I appreciated the most was his patience to deal with both my indecisiveness and pickiness with a genuine smile.

If you’re reading this, John, it was a pleasure, and I wish you the best in theatre! Break a leg, I suppose ️

I am a huge fan of Allbirds… when their prices were fixed to $95. And that’s what I liked about them alongside the super comfort! I am not sure if I will buy a pair every season with this price surge that I don’t get! Is it again corporate greed after their success in the market or what? (Note: I never liked their new crazy designs. My advice is to stick to your brand that made you famous which is the simplicity of the designs)

This is such a nice and convenient location. I came here with my girlfriend and her mother and James gave us such excellent and welcoming customer service, we all bought shoes! I look forward to visiting again to buy more shoes.

There are two reasons to shop at Allbirds on 5th Avenue between E. 14th Street and Flatiron.

The first, and most obvious, necessary reason is the product made ethically, sturdily, and stylishly.

The second, and truly remarkable reason, is the staff. Led by James, you will lack for nothing at this location. Between an encyclopedic knowledge of the product, its functionality, and its availability, this crew is empathic. No hard sell, only legit interest in you finding the best possible footwear for you. I usually don’t leave reviews/comments but I must admit the customer service for the flatiron district location is simply ABOVE and BEYOND. Upon entering the store over the weekend, I was greeted by Elvis (Great name btw) and he continued to assist me. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his role. He even suggested the (Tree Dasher 2) “upgrade” with grip/traction support and WOW I must say, “Thanks Elvis” these feel much better for my work commute compared to the original tree runners I wore down to the ground. When I’m ready for my next pair, I know which store to visit again. Thanks allbirds, and Thank you again Elvis for flawlessly helping me out while introducing me these amazing shoes! Cheers mate!

Popped in earlier today and all the staff were super welcoming and very knowledgeable! James helped point me to the best sneakers for my needs, but they didn't have the size/color combo I wanted in stock so he helped me place an order so they could be shipped to me. Definitely recommend buying in person for the great customer service and the chance to try them on!
