Nothing but liars, scammers and shady business practices. Don't bother making a payment arrangement with these people, because it will NOT be honored. They will say and do whatever they can to get your money. They will promise that the collection will not be reported to your credit report, and then when it is reported, they will tell you that it wasn't them, "It's our client".

Kelly is a liar. All the managers are liars. When they find out that you are no longer willing to work with them, they will stop the fake kindness and will immediately flip on you. They will play the blame game, and try to make you feel like a criminal. They will argue with you, interrupt you when you're speaking and will attempt to bully you into making payments. Their goal is to take your money and make you feel like garbage while doing it. Don't be fooled into believing that these miserable excuses for human beings actually care about you. They care about their commission checks!

Debt collectors DON'T have to be this way. This is why people don't want to work with these companies. Treat people with common decency. It's not hard to do. You can't consider yourself to be a good person if you're a debt collector. You can't be a kind human being and work a job like this. It takes a special type of garbage to do this job.

If you plan to work with them, get EVERYTHING in writing!

If I could give this company a negative rating, thats what they would get! My brother-in-law passed away and they wouldnt tell me why they were calling for him! She was very rude and is a condensending person, incredilbly unprofessional! I pray this company goes out of business and she lives under a bridge! BBB thats where I'm headed next!

Using local spam number to get people to pick up the pone. When they find out info the are not even courteous.

I asked for a tax id and they couldn’t provide it, are they properly registered as an organization operating in NYS, I am confused why my payments don’t adjust the balance they say I owe.

This company is lowest of the low out there. They call, demand personal info but refuse to identify themselves. They claim things like, "we sent several emails but there was no response. " when they never sent an email in the first place. They ask for date of birth and addresses. Whoever works for this company will never live a peaceful life. I will report them to the BBB.

This company has contacted me several times and each experience the rep was rude. The last conversation, I asked for them to send the paperwork I originally signed. Have not received. Instead, they are now harassing my family. Today, Tina left a voice for my daughter. This is enough! I filed a complaint with the BBB and will file with the Attorney General as well.
