I bought a beautiful arrangement Oct. 13 for a dear family member whose services were yesterday. Rhonda the owner helped me choose a lovely arrangement. And also gave me a fair price. This beautiful arrangement and stuffed kitty just arrived to me from my sister and her family in Nevada. I lost a beloved fur baby and these flowers in all their cheerfulness really brightened my day. What a lively arrangement. I ordered 4 different floral arrangements on 9/28 around 1pm in the afternoon. They literally had them ready to go for me an hour later. The owner is fantastic and so incredibly helpful. I wasn’t expecting them that quickly but I didn’t have a big time allotment and needed the bouquets quickly. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The owner and staff are wonderful people! I ordered my bridal bouquet from Allen's. I had a specific vision and the team worked with me to find flowers that would best match the vision I was hoping for. They sent me photos of similar bouquets they had created and we extensively discussed changes and alterations to ensure they understood exactly what I was looking for. They communicated well about the bouquet and pickup was a breeze. It turned out stunning! Highly recommend.

This is such a cute flower shop, prices are reasonable, they made this bouquet for my daughters graduation. Recommend this place for anyone that need amazing flower arrangements.

My 3 sisters and I purchased flowers for our Mom’s funeral. The casket spray was absolutely beautiful with lovely flowers in spring colors. The fireside baskets of red roses were stunning and the grandchildren and great grandchildren were able to keep a rose afterwards. The owner helped us with our choices and was delightful to deal with. Thank you so very much!

Allen’s floral shop is by far the best place to go! Rhonda and her daughter are ALWAYS pleasant, helpful and will create the most beautiful arrangement for any occasion to fit your budget. They work with you! I needed a casket spray and what they created was astonishing! Love them!

This is the florist shop you want to go to in Watertown! Everyone here is kind, attentive to what you need, and will help you customize something perfect for the occasion. I have used this shop for years and they are definitely one of the best in town. I recommend stopping in to see them, as they are usually busy during special occasion dates and may not get to the phone. That's to be expected though, especially on Valentines Day! Don't let it deter you from going to visit them though. You wont be disappointed, no matter what your budget is.

Update: Allen's contacted us to make the situation right, and delivered the correct arrangement today, and took the old arrangement with them. They handled the situation with grace and accountability, and I am very happy with the corrected arrangement. I believe they did the best they could with the hustle and bustle of Valentine's Day.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. I ordered the "as shown" level on their website. Completely missing some types of flowers, including the ivy (which the arrangement was named after), and has white daisies for some reason. It's much smaller than the pic shows, even though I was charged extra to get the size in the picture. I am disappointed to say the least. If they ran out of certain flowers, the least they should do is replace them in an equal amount. It seems they just decided to not put in any product to make up the difference. The flowers that were there did not even match slightly to the colors included in their listing, which were specified in the listing when purchased.

They did an amazing job and delivered all the way out to Natural Bridge NY which is awesome and the flowers are gorgeous thank you so much will definitely order again from here
