Obviously a bit more pricey than it's big competitors but extremely friendly staff and has what ya need for home improvements (so locals like me don't have to drive too far for their 10 trips of unexpected items needed for each home project)

Ok need smaller bags of salt older people have trouble with, 50 pound bags need 25 poinders

The happiness you feel when you move somewhere and you have an Ace Hardware close by is priceless.

Asked the associate to cut a length of wire at 30 feet. The associate started to fold the wire and creasing the wire every 2 feet. I continued shopping while he started that. I did not realize what he was doing until he folded and creased the wire 15 times.

Cramped isles and tight spaces.are what make this hardware store great. They've managed to fit so many necessities in their space it's amazing; all meat, no fat. It's stocked to brim with everything you'll need from a hardware store.

ACE is the place with the helpful hardware folks!

They've got a lot of stuff here. Beats driving to Saratoga for the big box stores.

Service was not good. Staff must be summer help. Didn't know if they had the product I wanted

Ok, wierd setup. Not very friendly, always have to ask for a bag for little parts, never bagged first.

Excellent customer service and they seem to have everything I come in for. They are NOT cheap but the service is worth the additional costs over Lowe's.

This place is the best if you're looking for odds and ends nuts and bolts. You can buy them loose and they have a ton of selection

Everyone who works here knows exactly where things are located. I love the Saratoga store and shop there often.

Terrible prices went in there to buy some small items wow came to almost 30.00 and would not buy at that price. I live only 5 mins from store Iwill take the extra annoying ride to Saratoga Springs to either Home Depot or Lowes worth the trip

Usually has what you are looking for. Does the more expensive price outweigh driving farther? Ask yourself before going unless you need advice or help.ace has answers

Convenient but pricey. Staff very rude. I've been there several times recently to save myself a trip to Saratoga. For being in a small town like Ballston Spa I'd expect more friendly staff

Great help when you can't find what you need by yourself prices are a little above average but for convenience it's totally fine and they have just about anything for a home projects you could need
