These people have called and bullied me, my family members, and my place of work. I called them back several times and left messages. They still call and threaten me. Finally talked to someone about how upsetting it was that they harass me and they hung up on me. Very upsetting

No way am I giving people my information over the phone. I have no idea why they contacted me. My cards show no fraudulent purchases. Bills are paid. It’s common knowledge NEVER GIVE INFORMATION OUT OVER THE PHONE. Operate like a scam.

Jessie was very helpful in getting my debt down to a settlement that I could afford. I know it is something I owed and it feels good to pay off my debt and get it off my credit report soon.

Someone name Karen called me & left a voicemail. The first words of her message were “um hi, ” which is extremely rude. She told me I needed to get back to her immediately about the business we had discussed or she was going to make a decision herself. (I’ve never spoken to this woman & she gave no indication of what she was talking about.) The whole message was a very rude, unprofessional, aggressive, & threatening tone. Then when I called back, I got no answer. This is not how you speak to people.

Due to the pandemic I got behind on my payments and I was sent over to collections right so I paid what I could but I was still falling behind, I am an email person so I constantly check on that. I received an email from the original place I was trying my best to pay things off that my account was gonna be sent over to Alliant Capital so I did my research very legit company I got a voicemail from this kind woman I gave her a call back we got to an agreement and I was able to do a one time payment and now I’m so thankful these guys were way better than my original place where I first started I’m so happy I can close this terrible chapter of debt and they were amazing I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews. They’re wonderful thanks guys the process was easy and I have proof it does show up on my credit and thats awesome anyway I’m currently doing credit repair so I can’t wait for my score to go up good luck guys! So, we have no business with this company that we are aware of. They are apparently a debt collection company so it is vaguely possible that they bought someone out, although I can account for all of pur debts and these guys don't appear on our credit. Either way, I am basing this review solely on the fact that they are breaking the law. They repeatedly call at late hours and just now, called at 10pm. Nice.

Buch of bullies and unprofessional people got a call from them first off the man wouldn't repeate his name for me to write down so I knew who to contact again. Then was constantly rude because I would not verify my info over the phone without any writen paperwork from the company and after I said I would very my info with out paperwork he proceeded to threaten me saying he would find me he was going to call my work and bother me there.i understand they have a job to do but there is a way to go about business and this is not it.

I hope this place goes out of business. The most rude and unprofessional people to talk to. I hope you all lose your jobs. You don't even deserve even 1 star.

Won't stop calling even though it's a wrong number. Tried calling and Ryan gave me an attitude about how do I know it's a wrong number.

I worked their for 4 months an it was ok at first but management they say your ok then they fire you for no reason.

This company is so unprofessional and rude! It started with the rude Receptionist Sam then I asked with a supervisor Faith and she was rude in a passive aggressive way. Real nice in a pandemic.

When I received a call from them the person was very nice and gave me a chance to make payments at a fair amount to pay. I owed the money and I knew it but I lost my husband earlier this year and they were truly understanding why I got behind. Got must of the interest knocked off and I will me making last payment in 3 days. Thank you so much for working with me.

They just called me. When I told them per U. S law to not contact me via phone they would continue to say they needed to talk to me. I informed them I was recording the call due to this being the second call in 5 minutes and they asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I then told them again to contact me via postal mail only and hung up. Please oh please I hope you call back so I can get a nice check for you violating the law. Blood suckers here. They think they are slick, they are not.

Using false information.trying to get info out of me like a scammer. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Federal Government. This group is a front for something, I’m sure. Don’t give them

Had a great experience with them. Everything was smooth, followed all compliance rules. Everything was taken care of quick and easy. 5 stars
