Agent Sumit Rajpal initially assured me of a steady 8.49% loan interest rate, but on the closing day, he surprisingly switched it to 8.75%. This unexpected change left me feeling deceived. To add to the confusion, he casually suggested canceling the loan at the last minute, making the entire process seem unreliable and untrustworthy.
