The staff in the office are very unprofessional, unorganized and rude. Nothing like total transportation. However the bus matron and driver are nice ppl. Thank God for that.

The workers at this company is highly rude. I literally was yelled a by one of the workers when I requested to speak with his Supervisor. These people need to be trained on how to speak with people. He was not helpful nor wanted to support me with my special needs child bussing route. It is sad that people are suppose to be helpful and yet they speak to you in a nasty demeanor

My stepson has constantly been bullied on his bus ride to and from school. The matron, who was a sub, did nothing while some child took the belongings of my stepson and threw everything out of the window. The DOE needs to step up and find better contractors because this is not acceptable!
