Truly STRESSFUL job. It's not worth your time or effort. Plus they always mess up your pay continuously EVERY week and also the process of being placed for work takes FOREVER! Don't bother with this company.
The account managers, Howard Jackson and Miss Best are incompetent, vindictive, and very, very unprofessional. For example, I have been assigned to work sites that have no restroom s, not only that but the two of these people give security officer"s the wrong directions to work sites. These two degenerate leeches are the account managers for NYCHA.
One of the worst company to go apply for a job to, receptionist act like she’s the owner’s wife by the way she’s talking to people, and all the staff seems to be lazy and I sat there for nearly two hours before even get interview!

Queens Blvd have a nasty Attitude. She needs to be replaced. The recruiter Y Rodriguez wasn't in her office this was real unprofessional. I saw better they need to get it together. I ended up leaving I have better things to do I can go to other places where receptionist are friendly. Good Luck whoever applies here. I will apply elsewhere.
Very racist environment most Africans work there and they only care about there own people and I’m not talking about African American im talking about the real Africans that can barely speak English. I’m black myself but FJC is a joke mostly all the account managers are African. If you not one of them best believe they will give you a hard time.
Gallardo is the worst account manager if you not Puerto Rican then she pay you no mind. She never answer her phone. If you get Hra make sure she is not your account manager
The CFO of this company is garbage he needs to be fired and the management has sexually harassed women for the last 10 years disgusting.
The DHS division is one of the best divisions to work for. Account managers Joubert Perpignan and Tyler are down to earth and very honest. Very cool people to work for. Also if you apply yourself you can move up to Supervisor. The account managers are overworked and that’s why something’s fall to the wayside but as long as you communicate and report to work and actually WORK you will be good at this location.
Very unprofessional the account managers are very ghetto and payroll always miscalculate your hours.
This place sucks big time. They hire people that never had a job or people from the welfare office. Decent wage, but not work the headache or stress.
Yeah, I've only worked at AU for two days, plus the day training and I knew I had to get outta there fast.
I didn't have a schedule yet, so to get me some hours, my account manager had me fill in for a worker who'd "left" at some point. The hours were from 12: 00am-8: 00am.
Here's when the real issues kicked in. When I arrived at the location, I was unable to enter because it was a residential building. A senior center. I had to wait in the freezing cold for someone to let me in. Once inside, I wasn't quite sure what I was supposed to do. There was no body there. I kept frantically calling my AM, but he texted that he "couldn't talk at the moment. "

There was no landline phone, no place to sit, the hallway area was cold, I couldn't take my coat off and if I did, there wasn’t a place to put it. I just paced the hall with my coat and book bag on until a tenant helped me get a chair from this tiny office area. The bathroom area was also locked. Couldn't use it for 8hrs. Oh, jeez, it was terrible. Had to do the same thing the next day. I managed to stay in the laundry room which was facing the lobby door. After that whole ordeal, I just decided AU was not the right company for me. They may pay well, but they’re far from professional.
Guess that what happens when they send you to NYCHA places.
Gary Brady sucks I was a supervisor being paid as a regular guard I call and ask for an adjustment he suspended me. And wrote me up for insubordination.his attitude sucks.
Company is fine but Gary Brady is the worst account manager don't value good workers. He doesn't care about employees issues. Don't answer phone or text. He treats workers like cattle and acts like a child hanging up the phone when he feels mad and hasn't been working at job longer enough to such an attitude.
Stay away. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY AS FAR POSSIBLE AS YOU CAN! This is the WORST company to ever exist.
