Allstate Insurance Agent: Paul J Dellauniversita, North Babylon NY

Mercifully I have not need to file a claim! But the agency has been proactive in making sure I have enough home insurance at a fair price.

I was shopping around brokers because my homeowners policy comes to term at the end of this month. Courtney from this office was excellent! She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and so helpful! She got me more coverage and a better rate. I decided to term my auto policy early with Geico and switch it over as well. I Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new broker!

When leasing a new car my dealership uses them to change your insurance over. The agent asked if she could run a proposal to see if she could save me money. I was beyond happy to find out she could save me $400 a year, everything sent over looked in order. Until my mother who is on my policy called her Allstate agent and found out that they wrote a policy saying I was married to my mother. They also never disclosed that I would need to put a drive wise in my car to track my driving. The icing on the cake was when they called me asking me for the lease agreement and window sticker for the new car, when they rent space inside the dealership. At which time I decided to explain my frustration with this policy and how I wish I would have stayed with Geico. They then had the agent whom I NEVER want to deal with again call me which I promptly said no I will not speak to you and hung up. There office manager then called defending the agent and saying it was a honest mistake. They said they could change my policy and it would cost me more then my Geico policy would have been. I wouldn't recommend them for anything, I am sure I am not the only person that they have errors on their policy and I would have never known had my mother's agent not caught it.

I recently left Geico and joined the Allstate family. My experience has been refreshing. I am saving money and receive personalized attention. Great group of people. Oh and did I mention I’m saving money.

Anthony was very professional and friendly with getting all my needs met. By far the best auto insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He was thorough with my policy to make sure I recieved the best coverage for my cars and made sure I understood what I was getting. Couldn't have asked for better agent. Amazing job!

I met with Paul to discuss my auto and renters insurance and he made me aware of the poor coverage I currently had with another company and he matched what I was currently paying for my auto and renters insurance but gave me amazing coverage that I did not have and was unaware that I did not have with the other company. I called Allstate this morning to get a quote on a policy. The girl I spoke to was very personable. She was so informative and knowledgeable on all the aspects that Allstate can offer me. She gave me all different quotes on certain things you would get on the policy. Loved talking with her. Her name was Jen. More people should be in customer service and have the same mannerisms she had. So happy with my policy. Thank you Jen.
