I called a few hours before my party after realizing i needed more chairs and tables and they were able to provide. Tables and chairs were sturdy.

BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING!

This company is owned/operated by a rude, unprofessional tyrant who threatened us just before our wedding event! Take heed of the other negative reviews warning about him. Even after I had placed his required 50% deposit two months in advance, he never provided us with any written/signed contract detailing method of payment and when the remaining balance would be due. Yet within an hour of his crew completing the setup of the tent on Friday around 1pm, he had his office run our credit card on file to receive the remaining balance without even calling me first to confirm whether that was the card that should be used so it was declined. When they called to demand payment, I asked what support they would provide to us during our wedding if the tent heaters malfunction. They declined to assure us any support saying they close at 1pm on Saturdays despite knowing our wedding event was from 4-9pm on Saturday. When we explained that we felt that full payment should be rendered once the event was complete, the owner then demanded that we immediately pay the remaining $3k balance in full in cash or wire transfer, or else he would remove all tent and equipment before the event and see to it that we are humiliated in front of our friends and family. We even offered to split credit card payments and also offered a new credit card to pay the remaining balance. But he still refused to process any further payment via credit card and had me initiate a bank wire transfer at 4: 30pm et on a Friday during our wedding rehearsal and required that I show proof that the transaction was complete. I showed him proof that this transaction was pending and explained that domestic wire transfers take at least one business day to complete. But that wasn’t good enough for him, and he then demanded via email that I show that this wire transfer be fully processed/complete by 9am the next day (Saturday - not a business day), or he would have his crew remove all tent equipment immediately. He then insisted on being paid in cash or certified check instead and I would need to meet one of his supervisors at my local bank at 9am when they opened on Saturday, the day of my wedding, to secure the cash! I was able to pay him the certified cashier’s check to avoid him humiliating me and my bride on our wedding day as discussed. But his verbal abuse and threats over the phone throughout this chaos was so stressful on me, my bride, and my family and could’ve been easily avoided had he clearly communicated in any kind of way, written or otherwise, his payment terms at the outset of our meeting/security deposit. But he said to my face that I don’t matter and he doesn’t see me as a customer because we’re only spending $4.5k and he has richer customers in the Hampton’s. Lowell Fox is manipulative and should be held to account for his horrible treatment of his customers. I can only imagine how he must mistreat his workforce and others. If I could give negative stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and don’t be abused by him.

I had the most horrible experience with this company! They threatened us by saying they would take down the tent. They did I not let us split the payment between 2 credit cards. The owner screamed threatening us.

What a horrible experience. The owner is absolutely rude and nasty. Please see photos of the work they did. All this money for it to look like that. Unprofessionally done, the tape looked so gross for our backyard wedding. When they first came, the astroturf was Two different colors and the workers asked if that was okay, I said absolutely not it needs to be consistent. They had to come back the next day and then they put this disgusting tape that made it look so unprofessional. The plastic covers on the rocks were dirty and broken. I called to ask why when they set it up only two of it is very clear these large concrete had linen and the rest had plastic, why was this not consistent? The owner literally was yelling at me that if I did not like it he was going to come take everything down. TWO days before My wedding. He did not communicate well when he was setting up or taking down. He expected we were waiting for him with NO communication on the pick up/breakdown days later. We were at work when he finally decided to come and because we weren’t home he threatened to charge us. What a nightmare this guy is. It is very clear the owner/manager has anger issues and hates his job. Has ZERO customer service etiquette. I feel very bad for him and I hope he gets the help he needs to retire. I do not recommend especially if you’re using him for your big day.
