I would also give less stars if I could. 1st, they sent my SIM cards to a different building. 2nd I only received 3 instead of 4 of them.
3rd, the SIM cards had different phone #s and I almost ended up losing my original phone #.
I also tried to cancel and suspend the SIM cards and none of the employers send the petition to cancel the account.
Overall, this is a rip off. Horrible costumer service and very unprofessional.

They moved into queens but don’t offer any services in the borough smh ‍️

Random charge. Keeps raising price in various names and service is worse and worse than before. They have monopoly in the area.

Optimum is good, I used a lot and free hotspot. Good company.

This building is the location of their sales office, no services/box dropoffs etc.are done on this premises, must go to their website for locations.

These are the clowns that bought Cablevision. And now Cablevision is worse and more expensive than ever.
