Was calling around to get a Rx filled. They didn't have but updated me on when they expect to and answered phone quickly with a real live human!

Always above and beyond! Our house numbers are mixed up and our delivery person was super nice and super understanding!

Waited 90 mins at the pharmacy for an urgent medication, when they specifically asked me to come in at that time.

Great service, even on hard to acquire items, they secure meds, and make all delivery logistics, great service

Very difficult to rate this company their phone service in terrible i called all day on some occasions and waiting up to 50 minutes on hold incredible. I finally got a very nice lady by the name of Lauren and she was very pleasant and willing to help me correct the issue's. I wish they could correct the phone issue's my rating would be alot better.

My son insulin was left in my driveway by my car tire! This is unacceptable! The medication should be left on the porch. Over $2k of medication needed to be refrigerated & could have been stolen! We didn't notice it until the next morning so it wasnt refrigerated until the next day! The driver is lazy & this is POOR customer service!

The pharmacist and customer service is very easy to talk too. I’m very satisfied with their service

Absolutely amazing! They delivered earlier then my scheduled date, kept me informed at all times via text and emails of any changes and the carrier was careful and friendly. Absolutely love this pharmacy.

I’m interested to know why my monthly shipments are coming less than monthly. Got a shipment today 3/31; my next shipment is scheduled for April 18 which is 4 days over two weeks
