James Garofalo was excellent no pressure what so every. We wanted the windows and told him our price range and he delivered. Can't wait to get them installed. The window installation was excellent done in 5 hours sent 3 men to do 8 windows very professional.

Very very professional people. They know what they are doing and it shows in their work! Clean straight lines when it came to window, siding, and trim install. They use good quality materials and they work fast.

Had a kitchen and bathroom remodel done by Alure. My sales person and designer was Lindsay Messina her vision to change my kitchen and bathroom to something that was more updated and practical was needed and very helpful. Lindsay was always available to listen to my ideas and make suggestions that would be beneficial to what I wanted.
The project manager Tom Currao was the one who was going to put this vision in place. Tom’s team was always on time and courteous. Tom always kept me informed on the schedule of things that were happening. Whether it was permit inspections or if it was the day for the electrician or plumber. If there were any issues with the project and there weren’t many. He made sure they were corrected to my satisfaction. He was always available to answer all questions if I had any. I couldn’t have been happier with the team of Lindsay and Tom who handled this project. Both were extremely important in my satisfaction with my project and my choice in Alure. We had a complete bathroom remodeling done, and are very pleased with the outcome. The project moved along well without delays, and all specialists did their jobs well and were professional about it. The cost of project was a bit more than expected, but it was a job well done. I would recommend Alure!

I HIGHLY recommend Alure for any home improvement projects you may do. I have been using them for many years. They did my roof and siding, my kitchen and two of my bathrooms. I just recently used them for a bathroom remodel and it turned out beautiful. I requested Ken Gold to be my designer. He designed my kitchen and I absolutely love him. The thing about Ken that stands out to me is that he makes it a point to understand YOUR VISION rather than trying to push his vision onto you. When we went to the showroom he knew exactly what I would like, which made the process very easy. He has also been very responsive throughout the remodel and always responds quickly when I have a question. Rich was my project manager, and I will most definitely request him for any future projects. He was at the house everyday, checked in everyday and always responded to my texts immediately. Any little problems that arose, he made sure to have resolved immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything that was being done. He is by far the best project manager that I have ever had with Alure. Jorge and Jaime did our entire bathroom. They were the two most hardworking workers I have ever seen. They were at the house at 8am everyday and stayed past 6 most days. They even came on Saturday! They worked very hard and they made sure to leave the house very clean before they left each day. Alure may not be the cheapest company out there, but you pay for the quality of the work and the customer service. Ten years after doing my kitchen, I can still call them when there is a problem and they will make it a point to fix it. After Hurricane Sandy hit, they called me to make sure my roof and siding were not damaged since they saw in their system that it had only been done the year prior. They offered to come fix any damage that may have been caused by the hurricane. Alure is the ONLY company that I consider for my home improvement projects. I give them 10 stars!

The installation of my windows was a smooth process. Alure guaranteed any damages would be repaired at no additonal cost, great! Wrong! Not so great. Somehow, air is getting between the double window panes and has formed mold. Alure has been to my house twice to replace the windows and each time they have gotten the measurements incorrect leaving me with moldy windows. I have been waiting three years to get these windows replaced. The representative over the phone, told me the mold is harmless. I do not recall her coming to my home to take a sample. Harmless or not I DO NOT WANT MOLD ON MY WINDOWS. This is not acceptable and demonstates lack of professionalism. Alure is good for coming out to do a new project just do not clall them to honor their work; they will not.

Please get everything in writing as to what is included in the contract price no matter how small the task that is to be covered by them. I am not permitted to share details.

I just want to tell you what a wonderful team you have. Michelle Leclerc my project manager is spectacular she is very knowledgeable empathetic (I ask a-lot of questions) and extremely organized. I enjoy working with her and trust that she is renovating my home as if it were her’s.

I had a beautiful kitchen remodel designed by Billy in 2015. This summer my window balance broke and I spoke with Jen and Rich who found the part needed and sent Patrick to repair the window - and there was no charge! Everyone is a perfect professional and I am very happy and relieved to be able to close my window again!

I hired Alure for a major kitchen and bath renovation (plus new lighting) for a new house I had not yet moved into — a historic colonial house. At first the work went well, and almost everything was complete. I was very happy with most of the work, but not happy that their disregard for our security — they had written the access code for the lock box with a Sharpie inside the doorway — anyone could have gotten into my house at any time! Anyway, five weeks before my move-in date we were down to a punch list of unfinished electrical, painting, and general carpentry tasks. I went through this list multiple times with multiple staff members over several months, with courtesy and patience. I have communicated with them by phone, text, email and in-person visits. It has now been a year and a half since my kids and I moved in, and guess what? They never came to finish the work. I have finally given up on them entirely.they have left me with a sink that has no countertop and does not work (guests have to wash their hands at the kitchen sink after using the toilet), holes in the drywall (wall and ceiling), unfinished trim, a bath with no shower door, stacks of construction materials around the house, broken window valances, baseboard heating units that are not covered, an electrical panel in a location I specifically asked them not to use, unpainted areas, doors and windows without knobs, and damage to an appliance and a floor that occurred while they were working. Don’t even get me started on the trouble they caused with our town by not filing for proper permits — and giving us bad advice about permits. Given my initial experience with their designer, which was truly wonderful, I had high hopes that this company would see the job through instead of leaving us with an unfinished mess. Frustrating and disappointing.

They removed the tub and replaced with a shower. Tiles covered our entire bathroom and they were able to remove from the bath area and replace with material that we do not have to worry about grout or mildew. The bathroom now seems bigger that it was before and brand new with the finish.

We had an overall good experience in the renovation of our basement. It took some time due to permit delays, due to Covid, but we are very happy with the final design. Our PM jason Eichenbaum and his team, especially Justino and Santos, were a pleasure to work with.

and George and his crew. From the start Omar’s layout and 3D view was top notch and gave a great plan. Then Jason and George were timely professional and extended great service and went above and beyond even at times they didn’t have to do so. Besides the home looking amazing, the overall experience was above expectations!

2 days ago we met with Alure representative Danny Gomez. We are doing a tub to shower conversion. From the minute he arrived he was professional, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable of his product and a wealth of information about tubs and showers in general. We sat a talked about options, materials and what would best work in our price range. No hard sell which was most appealing. He suggested we sleep on it and let him know our decision the next day. That was a welcome change from other sales reps. We did sign our contract with him the next day. We feel very comfortable with our decision and I think that’s due in large part to Danny. Alure flooded my basement with 3 inches of water causing much damage and destroying many of my possessions. They hire inexperienced workers and don't supervise or train them properly. They cut corners, break promises and don't listen at all once they have your money. Avoid working with them at all costs.

James was a pleasure! He was very informative and patiently answered all our questions regarding new siding for our home. I'm excited to see the transformation!

Quote was to high to begin with but I went with them because I have been burned by independent contractors before I didn’t want to go through that experience again half way through the job they tell me they have to move a pipe I say ok then 2 days later a manager calls me I tell him I’m driving and can not talk right now he continues to talk ignoring me I again tell him I can not talk right now I’m driving and hang up he then calls my wife and tell her that there is a $895 charge to move the pipe that they already moved without telling me there was a charge I’m very very frustrated and aggravated because what are we supposed to do now I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING ALLURE FOR ANYTHING AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN I also need to mention that the workers left my front door open all day everyday letting in bugs and flys in and in 90 degree summer all of our air conditioning air out

Working with Allure has been a nightmare! Project manager Matt has been non responsive throughout our whole project, not to mention he is rude along with Liz. They said it would be done in 5-6 weeks, but they do not work consistently. It would be 5 weeks of work done over the course of 4-5 MONTHS! They will tell you anything to get your $$. SCAM, BEWARE!

I recently just had my bathroom remodeled in May. Alure did such an amazing job! I absolutely love it! The staff was friendly, attentive, and very prompt with their work. There were few problems along the way, but Alure immediately corrected them with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends for any home improvement work.

Danny Gomez was amazing and very knowledgeable about the products. Also very good taste in designs was able to explain everything in details. Took his time to ensure I know about the business and products before I purchased it
