Joined Amac didn't get was i was promised made several attempts to get things straightened out with no avail will not be renewing poor staff communications.

I stay with and support AMAC because it is a conservative organization that supports conservatives.

AMAC was a waste of time for me. The site touted benefits that sounded credible on the surface. So without doing much homework, I joined. But when I started looking at the benefits as a member, there was nothing there of any value. The welcome package touted "benefits" like a free Sundae at Friendly's restaurant, and flakey ads to "buy gold! ". I can get high-quality offers like that on my own. But here's the best part. I decided to cancel my membership. If you look (long and hard) on their website, buried on a hard-to-find back page, there's a process whereby you can cancel your membership and receive a refund. (See photo). So I followed that process to the letter, and sent in a letter asking for cancellation and refund. Weeks went by. Crickets. No response at all. So after a few weeks I e-mailed them at the address they provided. The e-mail bounced back to me! Some organization this is. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card company and a couple weeks later AMAC finally responded with a refund. Maybe someone else can point to a useful benefit from AMAC, but for me it was little more than a website soliciting a charge to your visa or mastercard. Approach with caution.
