Eye lashes fell out in my right eye after 5 days when I washed the make up off with the cleanser I purchased from them. It was a weekend so I called Monday I have to pay $80 to fix one eye when I just spent $170 on there 5 days ago and they won’t do anything for me but give me a managers email. I’m a model with scheduled photo shoots I can’t have one eye missing lashes and be told I have to pay for them to be fixed after 5 days and it’s just one eye. What the heck? ! I manage an auto body shop I would never fix a customers tail light charge him and then it goes out in 5 days and make him pay again? That’s crazy lol they lost my business and I will let people know not to go here. Esp my model friends.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only do they do an amazing job with a quality product, but the customer service is FANTASTIC!

I had few questions & concerns a few months after starting my membership. Not only did the director Val call me to make sure my concerns were addressed, but she went above and beyond in pairing me with my stylist Jenna who might I add is just FABULOUS at her craft! After my first appointment with Jenna, Val reached out again to insure that I was pleased with the service.

Bottom line, Val and Jenna rock, they are amazing and will do everything within their power to insure the service provided is just what you come to expect and more!

Don't fall for the trick of becoming member, you will be over charged and they will continue to charge your account after you cancel.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here a few months back and I am writing this review due to the irreversible damage of my lashes that this place has caused me. I had virgin lashes before stepping into this disgusting studio and almost all of them have been ripped out and still to this day have not grown back. This place only cares about your money and I would highly recommend going to an at home lash artist to spare your lashes and save money. The at home girl that I use used to work with amazing Lash and has informed me about how poorly they train and pay their employees.so do yourself a favor if you care about your own lashes and avoid this place by all costs!

I just recently moved to Long Island and was looking for a lash studio closer to home instead of driving to queens. I paid 220$ with tip for lashes with gaps and poorly done. I look like I barely have any lashes on for 220 w tip! When I look at my lashes I want to cry because I know I’m going to have to spend 120$ more dollars to get them fixed at my usual place. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I have been getting my lashes done by Maria since 2018 and I always leave my apt.more than happy and she’s the reason I keep coming back. The team at Merrick as a whole is always helpful and accommodating. I recommend this studio to anyone looking to feel confident, it’s worth the money.

I've been consistently going to Amazing Lash for close to a year and it's singlehandedly because of their lash stylist, Maria. She is so incredibly professional, kind, amazing at her job, and provides quality work over and over again. I'm so impressed every time, and it keeps me coming back! The women at the reception desk are also super communicative and warm. I'm constantly complimented on my lashes and I have Maria to thank for that. Amazing Lash is so so lucky to have her.

Maria is my lash stylist at ALS. She is hands down indeed amazing! She gets my lash style on point every time! She’s also such a sweet and fun person. She’s a great listener and so much fun to talk to!

I loved my lashes but this place is extremely over priced and my lashes only lasted literally one week. When it came time for me to go in for my two week fill in I had to cancel my service to avoid paying for a whole new set. Don’t go here if yu want your lashes to last it’s not worth it. It’s honestly not even worth it to get you lashes done here for an event because of the price smh. Sorry but no

I have been going to ALS for about 3 years. Maria is hands down the best! She always knows the exact style that I want and I never have any complaints. I receive a ton a compliments thanks to her amazing work. Maria is definitely the best Lash Tech to go to! You will not regret it.

Love Jodie from Amazing lash! My lashes come out perfect every time I see her. I have very minimal lash fall out in between sessions with her. I definitely recommend her to anyone!

Looks nice but extremely overpriced, especially considering the fact that they don’t give you what you ask for at all. Maybe it was just the specific person, but either way, prices are ridiculous. I was charged $165 for my first and only extensions at this place and they were not what I asked for at all. If I’m gonna be spending almost $200 with tip, it’d be nice if they actually did what I asked for and not just what they felt like doing. Never going back again. Some of the workers there seem extremely rude as well. Not all of them, some were very nice while others doing nothing behind the desk had unnecessary attitude.

Veryyyyy expensive non animal lashes. Very natural looking individually applied different styles and lengths. Place upscale sqeaky clean. After 3rd application better adhesion.

I had an amazing facial. It did start off not too good due to them forgetting my appointment. They did redeem themselves and gave me the facial for free as I waited for the person to come from home. I thought that was very good. So I will definitely return. The facial felt amazing.

I have been coming to this location for a few years. Many of the technicians do a great job, but Stephanie is my favorite. She is a pleasant lady and does an awesome job.

Fraud alert- way overpriced for the amount of actual eyelash extensions used, takes too long (my technician took 2.5 hours just to apply a single line of eyelash extensions) and annoyingly rude front desk girl (I believe her name started with an A). Only reason I am giving two stars is because the technician was nice and spoke with respect- though I did not like her work. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Very disappointed they advertise their lash extension is $89.99 and when you get inside the your lash tech suggest getting 3D or 6D because the $89.99 set they advertise won’t look full. I decided to pay extra for the suggestion the lash tech made. Once I got home the lashes one by one started falling out. Called the next day they seem annoyed that I was calling and returning to get the lashes done again. The lashes are supposed to last at least three weeks my only lasted one week paying $140.
