Amazing Smile Dental NY

I don’t ever write reviews but I encountered some unexpected dental concerns and Amazing Smile was there for me, after a horrible experience with a different dental office. The other dental office was advising me toward higher cost procedure that was not in best interest of my dental health as well (and not helping me with pain/medication). Amazing Smile from the very first call with them and their great front office team was caring, empathetic and always trying to find ways to help. They helped me with my pain, and treated me almost immediately to help resolve my dental issue. Dentist and entire team are kind, listen and always there to ensure you are feeling well. I will continue visiting Amazing Smile for my dental health and have brought my family/children as well.

Wonderful experience! Been coming here for a couple of years. Very quick and efficient. From the receptionists, to the dental hygienist to the dentist - everyone was wonderful. Def recommend!

I was here a couple of months ago private customer. The office believes talking about politics and war is appropriate in a professional setting! They are not professional at all! The women with curly hair started talking in another room next to me about how they believe they are right to bomb and kill Hamas! The conversation was brought up with someone who works there and another customer. All the right to storm out. Disgusting people here! Genocide!

The office is beautiful and the employees are so lovely. The dentist was very comforting and was honest and trustworthy

Appointments are always on time. Super friendly staff and a great location close to buses and trains.

Amazing Service! As a teacher I needed a dentist that was able to work with my after-hours available. The staff displayed excellent professionalism and worked with me to ensure my needs were met at an afforable rate. During my visit the dentist checked in with me frequently to ensure that I was comfortable and not in pain. They are definetely going to be my go to for periodical cleanings and dental needs. I HIGHLY recommend that you check them out as well, you will not be disappointed with your decision.

Found the office via my dental insurance website and I'm glad I did. There are a few pros I had before going to the office: like it is walking distance from job and home which makes it super convenient. First time went for a cleaning and knowing that I had an issue with a tooth that was giving me pain. The staff was super professional and down to earth. Got my cleaning and X-rays done, which confirmed the pain and the cause for it. The doctor was very professional and detailed with his explanation. Got my appointment for a root canal that was needed and overdue. Got my appointment and also later a call because there was earlier availability. Always glad to get the reminder call for my appointment and another call if there's earlier availability and I'm interested in taking the earlier one. Today I had the last part with the permanent crown installed and I'm extremely happy. Really happy with the whole office, staff and the doctor. Will continue visiting the office!

After years of going to the same dentist, because of an emergency that happened on a Sunday when my regular dentist was closed, I had to find an emergency dentist. I was so happy to find Dr Igor and his team! Now I have made the switch and they have become my go-to dentist office.
I woke up on a Sunday with a throbbing tooth ache. I don't know where it came from or why it started but as the day progressed it became more and more intense. The pain became so intense I became incapacitated and started seeing stars. At this point my wife scrambled to find a dentist that would accept me as a new patient, late in the day, and on a Sunday! My wife called Amazing Dental and begged them to take me, and they did. I walked in deeply hurting from the pain, grumpy, angry and probably not very polite. They were kind, and very professional. After some prodding, x-rays and pain killers I came back to life. I had a big infection in a root canal. The doctor prescribed some antibiotics and some pain killers. Long story short I have since been there a few times to fix the issue, had a new crown made, and finished with a nice cleaning. Every time I leave there happy and in better dental health. After years of going to the dentist and hating every minute if it, I am happy to report that I have found a good dentist with good happy people who do a wonderful job and care about you. If you need a dentist I recommend you give them a shot. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.

I have been a long time patient here because everyone makes me feel comfortable. The receptionists, the hygienist and of course the dentist all make sure you are well informed and feel comfortable. I love that I can be seen on weekends and that whenever something comes up they find a way to fit me in as soon as possible.

Everyone in Amazing Dental is amazing! From being seen on time to all the care received are all on point and painless. Highly recommended this service!

I had an appt here, and was really disappointed today when I tried to have that appt. Went for a chipped tooth to be fixed cosmetically, paying cash. Upon booking, was told I'd pay $80 during the consultation, which would cover x-rays, cleaning and assessment of what brings me there. I explained that I need neither cleaning nor x-rays, bc I had my last routine dental visit 7 months ago which entirely covered those things. Was told that's fine, basically, and ushered in.
So, today, at the office, after filling out all papers & excited to go in, I was told I need to pay $100 for the consultation, which includes x-rays. Told the receptionist I don't need x-rays. And so I'd essentially have to pay $100 to find out what the cost would be of fixing my tooth? What if I'm not happy w/ their assessment or price? She kept saying I needed x-rays for the dentist to assess what's needed. Back and forth.and x-rays are not toys. They expose people to radiation. The last x-rays I had included this lil chip on my tooth that brought me there today.
I was very taken aback and left, after being treated like *I* was not cognizant of basic dental or capitalistic concepts, and was so silly. I think, like many dental offices, they prey on ppl's desperation and pain. Not cool! Scammy.
