Amazon is PURE garbage at this point. There is no benefit of being a "Prime" member. They do not fulfill their delivery times, pretty concistently anymore. They are now making it more hidden to get to support over the phone, and most times you are going to speak with someone overseas who can be difficult to communicate with. I HIGHLY suggest people get off of Amazon, unless absolutely no other choice, and terminate their prime membership (if applicable).

Amazon has now become Walmart vs 2.0

Packages marked to arrive can be delayed and they won't tell you until the end of the day that it will not be delivered. Amazon is inconsistent at best

The fact that Amazon if they wanted to can have all of your money taken out of your bank accounts. Have you be antagonize by police and to find anything to put you in jail is wrong. How come all these big companies can do stuff like this and monopolize other companies if they want to.

Goodmorning, I must in spite of myself report the very bad behavior of Amazon Italy in the management of returns.
After returning a good, they advise me absolutely lying, that inside the package they found a different product. They do not provide me with any picture of what arrived or even the possibility at this point to get back what I had returned. It is clear that the Italy refund team office is keeping the returned goods for themselves.
I recommend that you do not consider returning goods and if you can buy from other sites.

It's been fine until i attempted to leave a review about deceiving /manipulating and false advertising by a particular seller, or Amazon? This was while adhering to their guideline and they delete it repeatedly. Really stuffed around after waiting for components for a customer after receiving a different item and i can't leave a review for it. Had to explain everything to my customer and do the whole return thing. Pain in the.

It's extremely difficult to reach customer service and when you finally do they're very unprofessional. They answered the phone saying "hello" instead of acknowledging that I'd reached Amazon customer service. Then instead of asking what I needed, the person immediately wanted me to go onto my computer to get a form for a refund. Sounded like it could be a scam. They're also no way to reach them by email.

With immense disappointment, I bring to light my dissatisfaction with Amazon's handling of my order. I placed the order in November of 2022, but as of February 2023, the item remains undelivered and outside the promised time frame.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by calling Amazon, only to have my efforts fall on deaf ears. To add insult to injury, on two separate occasions, the representatives I spoke with hung up on me. This lack of professionalism and disregard for the customer's needs is unacceptable.

I had high expectations for Amazon as a well-respected and trusted company, but their failure to deliver my pre-ordered item promptly and their lack of response to my calls is completely unacceptable. This experience has greatly impacted my trust in their reliability.

While I have had positive experiences with Amazon, this situation has shaken my confidence in their service. I strongly urge Amazon to prioritize timely delivery for their customers and improve their processes to ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future. Additionally, I hope that Amazon will train their representatives to handle customer questions with the professionalism and respect expected of a leading company. I hope this experience serves as a wake-up call for Amazon to improve their delivery and customer service standards so that customers can have confidence in their services.

I was suppose to receive the item Feb 22nd that didn´t arrive, and in amazon they kept putting me off, lying to my face.finally amazon sent email stating that it will be delivered on Feb 28th which never happened. This item was a submersible sump pump ordered for a customer´s project which affected our business when we found we wasted all this time to no avail, now I have to shop somewhere else for the pump. I canceled everything I had with amazon, very disappointed with amazon service, terrible service. Roswell, Ga. USA.

Also these days, packages keep getting delivered to different buildings. Are they relying on the good neighbors to deliver them to the right person? Lol

Amazon supervisor that i recently talked with him his name is vamshi from India really a bad guy and also has a rude behavior
Amazon will no more have a good review from my side
And also Amazon charges me from market place US $76 and the guy don't know why they charged from my account

I have placed many orders with them in bulks for them to shipped all at the same time to receive less boxes. They have split my orders up, changed shipping dates, left packages without notification of delivery, left packages in their convenience of safe place (outside in the street of said address, next to mailboxes in hallway lobby, in front of door without ringing either bell or knocking on the door itself), etc. What they consider a safe place is a mailroom that doesn’t exist, but a lobby that anyone and everyone has access to. You never get to talk with a live representative in America, but always in another country. Mainly the Philippines that cannot speak clearly, understand, understandable or even know what they are doing. They know that the packages were just left where ever they were decided to be left and the customer never received them as well as give complications to even get a refund. They just keep so called switching you to different representatives when your still taking to the same person and all they names are fake names. Nothing is recorded as they claim and when they rudely hang up on you to call back you find that out, because that representative knows absolutely nothing about the previous conversation with the representative before them. A lot of there products are defective and not worth the cost. They charge you for warranties that they do not honor as well. I am still missing thousands of dollars for merchandise that I have still not received from them yet, but states delivered to a safe place, left in front of the door or just was never delivered to me. If you are receiving a refund and removed a card from your account that you no longer use or have access to. That will be the card account that they send the refund to even if it has been removed from the account. Just to claim that you were issued a refund. I am very much unsatisfied with this company!

I’ve been with Amazon for a couple years now and I am very disappointing that they left my perishable groceries on the first floor down in the lobby they did not follow my instructions or bring up my groceries unfortunately I had to bring up the groceries, me and my son by ourselves it is very hot and I have asthma that heat triggers my asthma thank God I did not have an asthma attack while bringing the stuff up the stairs I don’t want to get rid of Amazon but this right here is really trying for me and I might have to get rid of Amazon for good

I was very surprised when I discovered that after I placed my order and paid, Amazon decided that they could change the original price up. I contacted Amazon and the clerk assured me it was possible. Be sure that this will not happen to you.

Amazon sucks and provides no help when you need one. I had ten case # each one is the same nonsense. I called customer help but still can't contack seller support to solve my issues, only low class agent in south Asia.

Drivers don’t follow instructions not happy with there deliveries compliant many times if this continues I will no longer be a prime member and will start to go and shop they way I use to unreal
