AMC 34th Street 14, New York NY

It's the Eras tour on cinema! And no better way to watch it other than at AMC. Clean and great area to watch even late at night. Dolby theater was really nice. Great acoustics and recliners.

A sizable AMC location. Doesn't have the best rooms compared to some of the other NYC locations.

This is the largest and most comfortable theatres ive ever been in. Okay, im not a world traveler, but still.three floors and several theatres per floor, impecably clean, and open. A true delight.

Love this theater. Easily accessible from the trIn, always clean, well lit, spacious and customer service is key.

Omg! This place sucks! The escalader was broken, the bathrooms were filthy, no tissue, or any paper towels to wash your hands. I had carried my own napkins and hand sanitizer just in case something like this would happen. Just terrible.

Came all the way from Jersey to find locked doors and some poorly printed A4 paper saying they’re closed for the day. Website was still selling tickets! Came for a 4pm movie and only got an email at 6pm to notify that the cinema was closed. What kind of customer service is that? Go to Regal Cinemas they run a much tighter ship.

Nice larger AMC theater in the heart of Midtown next to Penn station. The facilities are well maintained. The only downside is its commercial location. Every once in a while, you'll get those types of audience members who lack any sorts of theater etiquette.

I like to go early to this specific AMC
They sell and serve alcohol in this location so it can get HECTIC later in the evening.

Needs so TLc. It's a bit run down. Enjoyed the recliners and it was good to escape the rain

Saw Jawan at the show of 6: 45pm. The movie started 15 mins late and they didn't give any break on the interval. That was quite inconvenient for us.

We took the signature recliner seats, and the seats were very comfortable. It had heater installed and the reclining range of motion was impressive. The air conditioning system and the sound system was spot on.

Would appreciate restrooms on the floor of Auditorium 9/10

It's an AMC. The seating was decent and the general space was okay. The women's bathroom was a disaster. I won't get into the details, but missing hooks from stall doors, various stalls looked like there had been an accident in there, and maintenance hadn't been called. The counters were wet, and not all the soap dispensers worked.

When I told the workers they said they would get it taken care of it, and I hope they did because for all of the stalls that are in their bathroom, it was unacceptable that the whole bathroom was a mess.

This AMC is large and in a very busy area. It's also very popular. I hadn't been to this location in 11 years, and I doubt that I'd go back.

But the movie was good, and the popcorn was what you'd expect.

It's so automated. Lacks human touch. It's where corporate USA is heading. Well located. Previews audio was nule for a while. Great cushioned reclinable seats!
