It's absolutely stunning when you first walk in here. Going up the escalators. All the escalators. Lol! But georgius architecture inside. Seats are okay. Basic theater seats of course. Staff was nice too.

RATS ROACHES AND OTHER CRAWLING THINGS! The pits of hell you ask? No 42nd street movie theater. The experience starting with having to climb to the summit of this rancid theater 5th floor to be exact then back tracking just for drinks, felt as if this expedition ended before it started couldn’t catch a break. As I enter theater 15 where my movie would be showing, a foul smell rumbled across the hall and into my nostrils coming from the bathroom that was located right next to the theaters entrance door. As I entered the theater expecting to see a comfortable room to enjoy my experience, I was frightened to see what looked like a set from saw x but even more horrifying the theater seats were made of upholstery fabric. GROSS! I stumbled across a gang of roaches.they were looking for trouble, being a native New Yorker not much has me scared for my life but in this moment I was truly horrified thinking what might be a cute date night with my beautiful girlfriend turned out to be a fight for survival.

Payed for tickets online and told we had seats g12 and g11. We got there and were told we had seat a11 and a10. A11 and 10 are so close to the screen you can’t even see the movie. Thanks for everything, you ruined my Saturday night. At least we got a refund and the staff were really nice

It’s okay, nothing special if I’m being honest. There is a lot of floors and elevators (which sometimes don’t work), but I personally don’t mind it too much. The theater could definitely be a bit cleaner as there have been a few times where I’ve noticed popcorn littered all over the escalator. The restroom is fine. I mainly go here for the Dolby Cinema experience and it’s been great in that regard. I’ve been here for standard as well and it’s fine, the seats are serviceable I suppose. Maintenance can be hit or miss, it’s been fine most of the time, but one time the lights were left on for the first 5 minutes of the movie and someone in the theater had to go turn them on.

This theater is pretty big and well-maintained for the most part. Just wish that they would have recliner seats like some of the other AMC theaters I've been to. Also, I have not ordered food from here but prices look way too expensive.

That theatre is horrible i thought i was leaving brooklyn for better service but no. First and last time for everything. The.uilding is old and rugged, THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE.its to many escalators to go up not wnough service stands. NEVER AGAIN!

Very very filthy. Theater 16 was horrendous. Get it together. Starting a movie with the lights on is not it. I was thinking because I'm heading to times Square it will be an amazing experience. I didn't feel like sitting down because the seats were dusty. The walls looked like some type of liquid dried up on it, some man's liquid if you catch my drift. The trailers were shown with the light on. Then the movie started with the light on, as shown in the photo. Someone had to go tell an employee and the employee told the person where the switch was located to turn off the lights. The employee didn't even turn it off the customer did. Those chairs looked bedbug infested. My allergies in the theater was definitely on high. The escalator ride was not it, super claustrophobic. Then the elevator took a decade to show up. It looks like an old cathedral inside. I know I will NEVER EVER RETURN.

Cinema 11 has the most disturbingly sticky floors. It’s not even funny anymore as it ruins soles

Me, my husband and the kids just love this movie theatre and come here every time a must see movie is released.

There was a mouse scurrying around in my row. Told the staff. No apologies or refund provided. Don't go here unless you like mice.

Took star off because the tidiness was a little bit concerning since we saw they used sweep for both floor and seats after the previous movie. The seats were peeling as well. Another star off because the previews took half an hour, and thus the movie would end much later. We had to head out earlier during the movie because we would have missed the next thing on our trip itinerary.

NEGATIVE POINTS for cleanliness and worst quality of seats that are present in the city. Only going there coz only few cinemas get bollywood movies on else NOOO!

It’s pretty good theatre. I recommend the popcorn and butter, really good. I also think the movies are really diverse and fits the theater theme.

I have been an A-List member and have enjoyed going to the movies regularly. Although, I don’t get to go as frequently I have kept my membership. I have noticed particular changes over the last year. Nachos only come with one side (cheese or salsa) and now I’m being given a bag of nachos. My issue is with the curly fries, which are darn near half the amount it use to be. I have no issue supporting the concession, but I can get more for half the price. Come on AMC! You’re running a near monopoly with the movies, stop cutting back on your customer base just to push your bottom line. This is paltry for damn near $7!

Worst AMC I’ve ever been to, but fitting of the area it’s located in which is hell on earth …

Movie was supposed to start at 5pm. There were 25 minutes of commercials and advertisements. Why not just start on time?

Listen, just go to regal if you’re in Times Square, it’s much more clean and there won’t be homeless people sleeping in the same room. The seats are nasty, they look like they were the cause of covid and there was a homeless guy in front snoring loudly the whole time. Like no way I’m paying money for watching a movie in that kind of environment.
