I have been doing yoga with Sarah for a couple of years and I absolutely love it! It is a gentle practice and yet I can feel that my body (and my mind) have changed a lot. I feel stronger and much more flexible and I noticed that I have much more energy than before.

Great thing about zoom sessions is that I can keep a routine when I am travelling! Also, Sarah is always bringing new elements to the class which feels dynamic and never repetitive.

The practice is giving me more confidence and I now feel that my body is more fluid and better prepared to other physical exercises as well.

Highly recommend it!

Sarah’s classes are wonderful, very complete and entertaining.
The place, atmosphere, and location are great, too!

I’m participating in Foundations of Yoga. I have been practicing yoga for many years, but I have never taken a class that focused so specifically on foundations. I’m learning so much! Our instructor, and owner, Sarah Wallace, does a superior job combining the practice, philosophy and science of yoga. I really enjoy the flow she is building as we learn foundations of poses. I’m used to a vinyasa that always includes high to low push up, upward facing dog, downward facing dog to link asanas. I have quite a sore shoulder, so moving through the warrior series with the flow Sarah is teaching is much better for me. She truly teaches yoga for every body

I was looking for a yoga studio to start up my practice again having lapsed during Covid and was going to be in Amenia for the Summer. I saw Amenia Yoga on google and it was my first and last stop. Sarah is a great teacher and very knowledgable about anatomy in general and I have been going three times a week for the past nearly 6 weeks. I have been doing the "Wise" yoga twice a week and "Wise and Strong" on Fridays which is a body strengthening class. Great for post menopausal women and older men. These classes are tailored for the older person but still challenging and Sarah cleverly gears them to the class members present. It's a lovely yoga community.
I am going to really miss it when I return to London and I'm trying to work out if I can do it remotely with the time difference. Don't hesitate to give it a try.

I have practiced yoga for 40 years with varying degrees of intensity. I've had many different yoga teachers. Sarah's class is by far the best class I've ever attended. I've been going to Wisdom Yoga regularly for 5 months and I can really tell the difference as far as body effects; I'm stronger and my balance has improved. Sarah is knowledgeable about human anatomy and has the ability to gear her class to individual concerns such as osteoporosis, balance issues, and injuries. Highly recommended!

Sarah’s classes challenge me to reach new milestones. I’ve noticed a big difference in my balance and posture. My postural improvement actually reduced my low back pain, THANK YOU so much! I look forward to more classes! Recently, Sarah has been focusing on strength training and building muscles for post menopausal women. If you are local, I recommend taking this class. Sarah is knowledgeable about anatomy, which sets her apart from other yoga instructors.

Wonderful classes. Popped over from London and really enjoyed both sessions. I hope Sarah puts a series on youtube so I can follow back in London.

Amenia Yoga is a wonderful addition to our community. I am practicing Yoga with the owner, Sarah Wallace who is a great teacher. I have been noticing marked improvement in my balance and overall mood. It has even been helping alleviate pain in my neck/shoulders, lower back, legs and feet while helping to strengthen my core. I also notice that it inspires me to be present and make healthier choices, a trajectory worth exploring.
I highly recommend Amenia Yoga; there are classes with talented instructors for anyone interested in some self care.
I have been practicing for just a few months but look forward to continuing Yoga and making it a part of my daily routine because it feels good even though it isn't easy.
We all start somewhere, so why not start at Amenia Yoga?:)

I joined Sarah‘s class on Monday evenings in Jan of this year to gain muscle strength and to help my fibromyalgia. I can honestly say that I feel stronger. I am no longer in pain sitting at my desk all day long, I am no longer in pain getting out of my car. In fact, my legs don’t give out anymore when I stand up from getting out of my car. These may be simple tasks to most people, however, I had become complacent for the past 3 years. Yoga with Sarah has revived my entire body and mind. I have taken on a second class as well because I am learning yoga also relieves my stress from every day life issues. I feel empowered after Sarah’s class every time, it is an amazing feeling.

I have been taking the Wise & Strong class on Fridays. I love this class. My strength has increased remarkably in just a few months and I feel much more fit overall. In addition, my once chronic knee pain has subsided. Sarah is an amazing and patient teacher and the class environment is supportive and calm. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to become stronger and improve their balance and overall sense of well-being.
