American Eagle & Aerie Outlet, Central Valley NY

What happened to this place so used to be great now? It's just so bland and young people working there that don't care. I don't think I'll be going back to this location

American Eagle was nice, clean, great selection. I believe a girl named Emily helped me out and my mom had lost her glasses and they were so helpful in trying to find them. Also at the fitting room another worker was nice too, felt very welcome.

Hi Guys, American eagle is the address for quality and price. A young lady named Megan helped me in the store. She was very patient, kind and lovely.

This was specifically in AERIE: Clean setting, as expected. Workers are an absolute joke. I came here to find a sweater that I saw online. I walked in, greeted the workers and proceeded to ask where I could find the sweater, as I was on my break. I didn’t feel like looking forever, plus it’s their job to direct customers. Not sure who it was by name, but it was a caucasian girl who brought me to the pile of sweaters. I’m aware that they were neatly folded, and she asked me what size I think I am…rather than moving out of my way and allowing me to get a feel of the sweaters myself. This annoyed me because I’ve worked in retail before. I know how to find and grab my size without messing up a pile of clothes. So, since she literally stood before me and didn’t allow me to have my space, I told her I want to try a small and medium, she grabbed both for me, and I asked for the changing room.

I spent maybe 2 minutes in there, decided on the small and not even 1 minute later she asks me for the size I didn’t want. What kills me is…what if I still wanted to take both…I feel like I can never get a decent shopping experience in here. Either it’s dead with no customers and the workers are annoying and rude, or it’s too packed with customers and the workers are slow and rude. Never getting my $ again. They also have terrible communication skills via email.

Wide selection, however offers found online and at American Eagle's regular stores are better.

Please don't hire anyone that don't know how to be a great costumer service. I want that this amazing Store be always amazing. I felt bad having this cashier treating us like we were bad or feeling like she was Racist because our Names. Please give some more training to those amazing kids I know everyone can get better

They charged me with wrong price on the receipt, and didnt say sorry to me. When i press donation button mistakenly, i said i pressed mistakenly, and they sneered at me. Cashiers were very rude i've ever met. I hope they get exactly same service when they buy something on other place.

It's a busy store, so I asked one of the stuff to help me find what I want. She was very helpful, and I was out with what I want in no time.

Eleanor was extremely kind & competent helping my two teenage daughters buy jeans. No easy task! She made shopping at American Eagle a very positive experience - we will be back - give that girl a raise!

Will never shop here again! You don’t get paid to Tell people what mask to wear! Pathetic to say the least. You should be more worried about why your store was the filthiest store I’ve ever been in! Took me 20 minutes to get underwear that were thrown like trash in bins with wrong sizes no tags! Manager needs to get a life.

I am very disappointed in this store I went to this store to get some jeans and i can not believe what this employee said. I asked Amanda for help in the Jean department and i wasn’t sure what size i should get. I suggested i try on a size 14 and she turned around and said you think you would fit into those I think you need a bigger size. So I took the size she suggested 18 along with the 14. Turns out i needs a 12. So then i said thank you for the help she said yeah whatever. I thought that remark was rude. Then i was shopping in the men’s department for my son and Amanda kept giving me dirty looks. I don’t know what I did to make her act like. It made me feel uncomfortable my whole shopping experience. So unprofessional.

I love American eagle, I had the best experience! The employees here are so helpful and the jeans at American Eagle fit so well and amazing I definitely will be going back and I highly recommend this to future customers!

Terrible work environment they treat their staff like complete s**t they over work them and they’re pricey as no tomorrow, Recommended to none especially if you are trying to work there terrible service and terrible corporation!
