American Eagle & Aerie Store, Elmhurst NY

Today evening am returning my jeans.the behaviour of cahshier girl is too bad. Shw said me go outside. I never go to @americaneagle no more. They have workers like that. Totally disagree with american eagle. They dont have sense.

Time is 10: 06, associates are still organized and cleaning the store. Taking pictures of the store /clothing’s.

Condescending and rude cashier I experienced tonight when returning something in store. I understand the sense of urgency but there’s a certain way of going about it without belittling the customer. Unfortunately did not catch the name of the young lady

If you're looking for a similar experience to when you shop online then definitely come to the store. The customer service is very friendly, the store is very well organized, and they seem to always have my favorite items in stock.

I remember shopping at AERIE and AEO, Both associate from the store we’re super helpful, kind and very lovely. Shout out to Brookie from AERIE, super helpful and kept me updated w the promotions! Even got new clothes I was hesitant to get!

Susan was amazing thank you very much for your assistance in helping me make the perfect decision on my purchase. And teaching me you don't need boot jeans just because you're wearing boots.

Everyone was so sweet, especially Val! All the employees were extremely helpful and made the shopping experience go seamlessly.

I am beyond disappointed! I love AE/Aerie and I have always praised the staff whom are typically always smiling and willing to help but today has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I have 40 mins before the store/mall closes at 9pm and I wanted to purchase a few items. The staff was surrounding the underwear table and making it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I do not need anyone to help me pick out anything and am very cautious and not messy. I understand that everyone wants to go home, etc. I used to work retail. There is no need. 40 mins is more than enough time. Needless to say I left empty handed. Please address, no one should be hounded especially when buying undergarments.

So I went in on Monday to just browse but ended up with 8 items… lol. The customer service was impeccable. I struck a conversation with Shar (manager) about the pandemic and mentioned I was a nurse who had worked through it all and I was just over wearing masks in general and wish the pandemic would just disappear! Let me tell you, I have never felt a so appreciated as a nurse as Shar made me feel and all the employees at this location. It literally brought me to tears, they pleasantly helped me handpick items and were just amazing in just taking care of not only me but all their customers. While I was trying sizes one the changing room, they were constantly checking in on every customer and switching sizes, suggesting alternative items that they think customers would love and in not a pushy sales way! Thank you guys so much, you are amazing at what you do. ️

Went to Aerie about a month or two ago and had the best experience. Brookie was so kind and helpful. She has the best customer service and genuinely cares about customers.

Went shopping on the Aerie section and met Brookie. She gave me the most extraordinary customer service I’ve had in a looooong time. Such sweet and suggestive person. Thanks Brookie!

The associates were very kind & helpful, Martha was very professional & knowledgeable about the high rise jeans, materials & try to help us with different choices Fitting rooms were very organized, clean & was disinfected each time a customer used

Met Kiara here today and had no idea she was the manager. She had given me the best customer service ever since Covid-19. Hadn’t been in a store to shop for sometime. She asked my name and also asked if I needed any help. Sent one of the team members to check the stock downstairs and since they didn’t have my size informed him to offer me the shipping of the pants for free. I noticed she went to every person around the store and also offered them the help. Definitely a very clean store, great energy and organized Kudos to her for all the help and for having a great team. If I could give more stars I would. Go check them out you will leave even happier if your big on customer service
