Valarie I hope you see this review, i had been in the store for 12 minutes and came across 4 employees and none said hello.

On my way out you stopped me and asked if I needed anything, I was so furious but you insisted and make not one but two helpful suggestions. Thank you for Turing around my trip to NYC.

Coming from the UK the jeans are great. When the girl on the door asks 'what brings you here? ' that can only lead to a sarcastic answer! Should I have said 'To buy a car? '

Great store for casual wear. The clothes are the lastest in fashion with a touch of class. You can't go wrong at American eagle. This store is in a great location. Right next to the empire state building and a block from Macy's in Harold square. Excellent shopping area.

Every time I have a pickup in this store there is a problem. They always send me a locker code and locker barcode and the package is never in there. They always have to Walkie talkie back and forth for 10-25 minutes to find a package they claim is in their lockers. One time my order wasn’t even there. They apologized that they could not find it even though it was scanned as ready for pickup in a locker. The staff is always nice there but the place is poorly managed. Once or twice I would say no big deal, but it’s ridiculous now. Don’t say a package is in a locker when it NEVER is. I only go to this one because it’s near my job. It’s the easiest system you can run and somehow, they constantly fail at it!

Waited over 20 minutes when trying to buy something in cash because all of their registers accept cards only. No communication. Terrible staff. Zero concern for customers. Never returning here.

I really love this AE store. I always go for shopping in this location. Last Monday i went there i met 3 really nice and friendly staffs.
Two of them work in cashier. Trinity helps me on my return and purchase new item with her fully service mind. Another lady is Stephanie, she is incredible helps to bring all 6 color sweater for me to select. Before i went back i have some question about my online purchase which i just made, Jackie was the another lady who figure it out for me. I am so happy and appreciate for all 3 ladies and absolutely the clothes is nice and good quality as always.
