Beautiful work space. Quiet office post covid. Friendly and helpful staff

I have been a CPA for 42 years. Been a member for most of those years. I was in the City with my wife recently and stopped by to see MY institute. Never made it past the first floor. Security was incredibly accommodating but the the officious receptionist had every excuse in the world why that was not possible. She could not have been less accommodating. I was an interruption, not a member.
