I spoke with John to arrange using the post for a birthday party for my son's first birthday. John was very friendly and the venue was kept in good shape. When I came by in the morning, John was there making sure things were cleaned up from the previous day. The place has updated bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a big main area all for a pretty reasonable price.

Wonderful venue for up to 100 people. Kitchen, 2 lovely clean bathrooms. Very helpful person who allowed us to set up early. We will be back.
