American Mobile Dental reviews
11Absolutely had the best experience with Dr. Howil, I had no pain from the numbing shots to the procedure. Very thankful!
Zero stars. I received three fillings from them. 2 fell out 9 days after I got them. The last one fell out 4 months later. A waste of time going through them.
As of today Jan eighteenth 3: 15pm I stop there doors locked suppose to open until 4: 00 tried calling nobody answers? I have been pushed back nearly 2 yrs for my cleaning and treatments. Now I'm suffering major issues. I use to think highly of them.
Mary at the front desk needs to go. Absolutely no customer service at all. She’s extremely rude and tried to talk over me as if I was dumb. All I wanted to do was make an appointment but she wouldn’t let me because she thinks I need a specialist when I’ve been to them for the same procedure before.
If you’re worried about being judged or just anxious in general. This is in general is the place to go, but Dr. Jusino personally gave me my smile back. I haven’t wanted to smile in almost 4 years. Now I can’t & won’t stop smiling after she fixed my teeth. And Linda is the best person to have by your side through the process, they both made sure I was comfortable and okay through out the whole process. Be ready for Linda to make you laugh uncontrollably, absolutely love her.
I went here because they accepted my insurance where many places don't. Yes they're short staffed like everyone, yes they're backed up with appointments because of this. I have some serious dental issues. They were nice to me, explained how my insurance worked and got me in as fast as they could. They were going to pull several teeth but were honest with me that they couldn't pull them because they didn't have the necessary facilities to do this Which WAS a wise decision on their part.
Dr. Jusino and the rest of the staff treated me well, answered my questions and were respectful. I'm sorry to read a few bad reviews. Did they give the impression that they were agitated, frustrated? I would be also dealing with people over the last few years who've become hard to deal with ; much less talk politely to someone who's trying to help. I was in customer service for years and never seen such a rise in people who don't understand you treat others like you would want to be treated. Not everyone is going to experience a great dental visit. I'm not claiming others didn't have issues and I am sorry they did but I WILL come back here for my other dental needs because they treated me well. Keep up the good work.
I have no idea how Michelle at the front desk still has a job? Maybe because the place is so run down that they just think she fits in? No other Dental office would let that lady survive an 8 hour shift there. She probably only works 4. They lie to you and cancel appointments in your face. I will be contacting my insurance and filing something because they people are scums - low down dirty bums with nasty attitudes and have not an ounce of brain in their head. Your job is to pick up a phone and you can barely do that.
Do not go here to get dentures. It took 4 months for an upper denture. I was gaging when they did the impression. Mine were way to big for my mouth. The adjustments were never right. I wound up going to Aspen dental and paid out of pocket for a new denture. Took them a week to fit and make them. Now I have a great smile and comfortable denture. It was well worth the money.
This place is a joke. If my insurance was better, I wouldn’t have to deal with them! I’ve been in three times with a broken crown. Each visit they did the same thing… X-ray and diagnose the broken crown. I complained after the third diagnosis and demanded treatment. I was scheduled for treatment with a different dentist three months later. All the while going through life with a broken crown. Today I showed up, and the front desk woman was dismissive and rude, already! I’m hoping the dentist fixes the crown finally! I’ll rate todays appointment later…FINGERS CROSSED!
Well, my tooth still isn’t fixed. They never bothered to inform me that the insurance didn’t approve my work. So they banked up four office visits in fees paid by my insurance only to call me after the fourth apt to say my work wouldn’t be covered. My options…
1) pay out of pocket.
2) get them extracted.
If I decide to pay out of pocket I certainly would NEVER go to American Mobile Dental. They shouldn’t even be in business!
I've had some moments where I needed to get into a dentist right away. Only place locally in Auburn that's done that for me.
I cannot say enough good about AMD. I have been treated with respect every time I'm there. Yhe staff and dentists did exactly what they were supposed to do and I was in and out in a timely manner. I've had a mouth gard done.cavities filled and a root canal FIXED after a "reputable" area dentist screwed it up. I will continue to go to AMD and recommend it to others.
