Been here for a year and it’s a great building. Doormen like Bill and Julio make the place feel like a home. And residents are very friendly

A view from my forth floor window in 1977 when the American Thread building was occupied by Artist painters, Film makers, Japanese, Arabic news paper type setters, large printing press machines, Aero dance company, and a countless number of small businesses. What a joy it was to live and work there
