Doctor is weird. Talks to you like a child. Waited 2 weeks for 2 sets of glasses to come in, only for the prescriptions to be backwards. I paid for half upfront. You'd think they could get it right. Guess not, if I can't get a discount because I'm having to wait over a month for glasses I'm just going to take my business elsewhere and get a refund.

Thorough eye exam performed by very courteous staff and doctor. Price for exam unbeatable. Will be returning.

I've been to this America's Best on four separate occasions. Most of the time the service is good and the representatives are upbeat. The day I went must have been a bad day.
First: I LOVE the eye doctor. He is personable and he explains what he is looking for and there were even some jokes thrown in there.
Second: The young woman that did the initial exams, puffs air in the eyes, was, in the beginning not very nice at all. She was rude to the person that came to help me as I was recovering from Covid. The good part is that once she came in and got started, she turned into a different person. She was as nice or nice than I expected. She is a diamond in the rough and I hope someone see's it and helps her through that awkward first stage.
Third: The woman that was "helping" really didnt help that much. I asked this representative specific questions about package deals and prices of items not set on the information sheet. She mumbled neither my friend or I could hear her. When the final total came to over $400 dollars I asked her why, I was given a partial explanation and then she reverted to what she was saying pretty much all night. You need trifocals and I think you need this package. When I asked why she just kept walking with my credit card. The glasses will be here in a week to 10 days and then I can see the voucher and figure out what I paid.
This could be a really nice place the potential is so high. All the representatives need is more training. I hope they get it.

I’ve used this location for years for my kids. The team is always accommodating and helpful. They have a wide variety of selection and choice and their extended warranties are great with my children.

I have not received my glasses yet, but up to this point I am very happy with my experience with AB! Right from the start I was greeted at the door, the technician did a great job explaining everything, and the optometrist was awesome. Being that I am a diabetic, he showed me the difference between my eye, and a picture of an eye with diebetic tendencies. Reed eye never did that!
The Young lady that helped me pick out my new frames, was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

Was greeted in a professional manner. All personnel wore mask. Waited a very short time. The Optometrists was very very nice. My exam was excellent. In my years of wearing glasses I have never had my concerns answered in such a professional way an to the point. I was very satisfied. I purchased 3 glasses with no rush and the employee new exactly what I wanted. Would recommend Americas Best 100%.

I had my appointment early in the day on a Monday and for whatever reason the doctor was unable to sign my prescription so I could buy glasses elsewhere. I was told it would be mailed out the next day as I was unavailable to pick it up in store. I called back on Thursday after not receiving the confirmation of mailing call I was told I would get and the girl I spoke to told me both that it had been mailed out and that it would be mailed out that day in the same sentence. Fast forward to the next Tuesday, over a week after my appointment and now when I try to call the store I get a message about the number being unavailable. Completely unprofessional and the absolute last time I’ll ever go to America’s best for anything. If I have to go into the store over a week later to get my prescription I will be walking out with a full refund for my eye exam I can promise you that.

For several years I've shopped here for glasses (I choose to get my eye-exam elsewhere - no slight against their optometrists). I've always found the prices to be competitive and the service outstanding. I had another visit a day ago and was warmly greeted as soon as I arrived. I picked out some frames and was assisted immediately by a helpful technician.

I wish I could give 0 stars im in the parking lot wishing I never stepped foot in this place. The dr is Always behind. I have been 3 times in a month and still dont have my contacts. I waited 45 mins today after my scheduling time and was early. But still with 2 people ahead of me he said I just have to wait its too bad for me I can reschedule! Well sir I have a life too and my time is just as important as yours. Retire and find a new job you constantly look angry coming out of the exam room one patient after another. You Should reevaluate your career because you are not that great at what you do, highly unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. The staff is extremely unprofessional and they make way to many mistakes. I had a follow up appointment to get my contact lens prescription verified and than after I went they told me I didn't have an appointment but I had a card given to me from them stating that I had an appointment on that day but they didn't put me in the system, so they resqueduled me a month later and when I called they did the same thing again and didn't put me in the system so now I have to wait a whole nother month for a follow up just to get my contact lens prescription verified. I will nevercnever back to Americas Best after I get my prescription verified because sadly to me it's been Americas Worst. I had a better experience with the Walmart Eye center. I know not all Americas Best are like this but this one is.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Staff was extremely rude. They should honestly not work in customer service. Very disappointed. I will never come back to America's Best because of this experience.

Terrible place, Not knowledgeable at all, incorrect information, very slow, waiting 1 hour after having scheduled appointment. Rude, wast of time. Called 3x for questions after and waited 12-20 minutes on hold. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING, WAST OF TIME, MONEY AND THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING. IF COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STAR THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I went on July 24th for my follow up contact eye exam everything went great, I orderd a box of the contacts and the associate offered me an option to send them directly to my house so I picked that option, here I am almost 4 weeks out I contacted them and the manger (Shasha) tells me that her associate canceled the order for some reason and basically that I would I have to be another week without contacts and this is my only source of Vision, yes they gave me trials but they are a month old. I have paid for the box of contacts that I have not received yet and the Manager proceeded to tell me that there is nothing she can do for me besides order me another box free of charge even though I already paid for the box I didn’t receive so technically not free and I would have to wait and be patient.ridiculous do not go here!
