This was my first visit and I will definitely be going back! All 3 of the girls who helped me were fantastic! Angel, Sonya and Melissa! They were friendly and helpful!

The staff here is amazing! The list of great employees starts with a super star boss gail who’s willing to go to every extreme for her customers, their assistant manager abby is insanely knowledgeable and helpful! They have lovely techs Madisyn, Melissa and Kaylee all of who will set you at ease before seeing the drs! You’ll be lucky to sit with any of the sales associates! Sonya will get you everything you need, Duane has years of experience, angel is lovely! Every one of them personable and helpful! Not to mention getting checked in is easy with their receptionist kali! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

The service was okay. The doctor was friendly but the person helping with check out had an attitude. Be sure to know your insurance plan before you get charged unnecessarily.

Dwayne is the best optician! He put me at ease with navigating my first time with bifocals, he helped me choose frames that suited me perfectly, and he made the entire experience seamless, efficient, and pure joy. He even listened kindly to me talking about my ducks and gave me a great recommendation of a vet show to watch! I felt cared about not just as a customer, but as a human being. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Terrible experience.they tried to force me into an eye exam.they use used car salesman styles tactics to force it on me. My prescription is only 5 months old. They didnt take my insurance so I'd have to pay out of pocket and then subsequently wouldn't qualify for their glass and lens special sale. What a lie. Then their eye tech tells me she was s doctor and tells me its M illegal for them to give me a new pair of glasses without a eye exam.another lie.all they need is your written consent.it is not illegal.so many lies and full of incompetence. Call their once and you'll understand they are just interested in getting your money from your insurance card and eye exams.wasted the whole morning and lost time from work.oh, and I called to complain and they said there was no Dr.s there.what a lie. I'm waiting for Gail to get back to me presently to solve these unacceptable and fraudulent practices.

I’ve been going to America’s Best for years and it has always been a great experience. The glasses are stylish and a great price.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The real all-star is Gail. She has been working at the store since I have been going there and always is there to help and will give an honest opinion and wise recommendations for what glasses would look best.
I have always had a great experience and will continue to go there!

This Losson Road location is the best. Competently led by Gail, they always perform at a high level.

Abby may be the most professional and knowledgeable eye care associate I have ever dealt with. She is elite.

Dr. Rothschild was great! He was attentive and efficient, the entire exam from start to finish was ten minutes top.i was extremely impressed with the entire staff as well. Gail made the payment process fast and smooth. It was a great experience.

Waited 2.5 weeks to call and ask about my son’s glasses order which was stated it would take 1-2 weeks. I waited on hold for 20 min and someone finally picked up to check on them for me. They said “yep we have them” and I said when did they come in? I never received a phone call. The man stated “don’t know” and that was the end of the conversation. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning to this location.

It is a problem
When you drive for a living

Since the mask stuff going around, they have been militant about it. People have problems with the covering. They looked around so everybody had a mask and could care less about Rx or it was good fit. They bent the frame oddly and now constantly adjusting on my face.
