DO NOT SCHEDULE TO VISIT THIS COMPANY. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE.
I went the Babylon branch.

1-they overbooked the same hr. There were 6 patients for the same time.
2- I waited for an hr and went to ask why is it taking that long. The girls upfront of the store they know the game they play so they looked at each other. No one wanted to say anything. So I told them that I was leaving in 10 minutes. So they call me for the pre exam immediately. During the pre exam they wanted to run tests that I didn't need. So I said I only needed a prescription to buy my contact lenses.
This doesn't make them happy.

3-Kids screaming around the waiting room. Patent yelling at them. Totally stressful situation.

Finally I was call to see the optometrist.
She run the vision tests and asked me if I wanted reading glasses. " I said ok. I can get them. But I need my contact lenses. I just need the prescription to buy them online. "
She said " I can't give you the prescription. I have to order the trials first. It will take 2 weeks then we can order your lenses.
Totally insane! A month to get my contact lenses? " Also they wouldn't sell me my brand, they wanted me to use theirs.

This was a total waste of time and I left the office 2 hrs later with nothing.
They refused to give me the prescription. Don't waste your time there.

From start to finish the Bayshore team was helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend America's Best

I went in for an eye exam on 02/25 as a walk in. The crew was friendly and extremely helpful. The wait was pretty quick. The technician Olivia helped me find glasses that fit my style and needs. The eye doctor, Dr. Guo was very thorough and helpful with my eye exam. He answered every question I had in-depth and in a way that was easy to understand how my eye health is. They were able to give me the best price and options within my budget, which is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this store, they have a wide selection of frames as well!

I had the best experience here. I was greeted by the kindest and attentive energy Sarah. I was nervous and didn’t know what kind of style of glasses I wanted. It was beyond helpful having the opinions of sales associates/technicians Dana, Olivia and Yajaira. Dr. G was able to reassure me that it wasn’t too late to get my eye sight corrected. Over all a stressful situation for me turned out to be the best services I’ve have ever had getting glasses. Thank you to all! Keep it up

I’m actually an employee (ex) and I can say I love my glasses! I can also say that this company is not all they say they are! The tech (Olivia) is racist and gets complained about by elderly people daily. The sales associates are told to sell the highest price and not give cheaper options! The manager (Maria) is always on her phone with the other associates, laughing and makes fun of customers when they leave!

Everyone was so wonderful and helpful and I received my new glasses that were fitted perfectly to my face with the help of their employees! I’m sorry I forgot their names but I’m very grateful for all of them!

Dr. Guo and jimmy have been nothing but a help glasses needed to be rechecked and found out was off by a small amount changes were made so quickly and help so fast thank you so much

I really enjoyed the service and attention I received here. Dana was very helpful. My glasses were affordable stylish and excellent customer service. I would be happy to return and put in a favorable recommendation for friends and family. 5 stars
