Yanni was great very friendly and helpful. She was great at interacting with my daughter and made her feel happy and welcome.

I’m giving three stars because of the receptionist, Christian and the optech, Kaylin. My mother had many questions and they were extremely helpful. We got right in and right out. The lack of five stars is because our check out process and my mother’s glass when they arrived. Chea, the person who checked us out, was not focused, having multiple conversations with everyone in the room, we felt extremely rushed. Her tone was condescending. My mother’s glasses we were wrong. Overall a terrible experience with her.

This was our first visit to American's Best, and it was wonderful! We will definitely come here again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, great customer service. Highly recommend!

I wish there were negative ratings. This place is awful. 2-3 weeks for one pair of glasses, which they messed up. Waited again 2-3 weeks for the new pair to come through. 4 months later, I got an invoice that eye exam was was not covered by your insurance. But they said get free eye exam when you order new glasses. What a rip off. Never going back there for sure and never recommending it to anybody. While I was making round trips there, other people were complaining too about their messed up orders in store. So plan accordingly if you want to go with them.

I was amazed with the prices of frames. I got 2 pairs of glasses with progressive and transitions for half the cost what Lenscrafters offered with one pair.

All staff members at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses on Erie Boulevard E were extremely friendly and helpful. Yanni was especially excellent and helped me through the process of purchasing my contacts.

Pricy should not say 2 for when it's never that price in end.why no ins.

I’m disappointed: (I had an appointment the 16th of August. They told me 7-10 business days and after the 11th day I called them. They told me they could not track them and they were not in yet. I get a call today and they told me the lab had sent in the wrong prescription, so there will be even more of a delay. Plus with Labor Day coming up it will be even longer. I had high hopes, and like all other people- REALLY need my glasses to see since my prescription has changed. I am glad they called me and let me know but I am disappointed that all this has happened.

I went there today to get my glasses adjusted & Yanni helped me. While she was adjusting them with the heat machine, my lense popped out. As she was trying to put the lense back in, she broke the frame to my glasses. She was sooo apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure she made the situation right! She was a very sweet girl & I appreciate what she did for me & the time she took to find me a new frame that fit my old lenses. Can’t say enough good things about her! Thank you so much Yanni! Job well done!

Awful experience! I ordered two pairs of glasses 1 month ago. One pair arrived after 10-12 days. I had to call to see if they arrived. I went to the store to pick up. I asked about my second pair and they said they shipped on the truck. Ok, where are they? I called again Monday of this week, no second pair of glasses. Again no phone calls or follow up. They promised to have a manager call and would re order the second pair of glasses! I called today and they were never ordered and no call from the manager of the store! The employee today promised she just re ordered the glasses as we spoke on the phone. Are you joking! This place is not professional or customer friendly! Let’s see if I get a call back from the manager and if/when my second pair of glasses arrive?

I am visiting from California and the DeWitt NY store was very helpful and successful in switching out a pair of glasses for me. It was a great experience. Thank you Elyse and a big shout out to Kahlyn for being a very cool human. I am super happy. Glad to know I have you all here in NY. Cheryl Travers

Excellent customer service skills! Everyone is super friendly and extremely professional. I had a little misunderstanding and matters were corrected in no time. I've never experienced such great customer service in person and over the phone. I believe the manager of this location name is Tasha (could be wrong), she was extremely helpful, cheerful and professional. I will forever be a customer at this location I love my new glasses!
