America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Buffalo NY

Came here the other day. It was me and 1 other women getting glasses 4 different receptionists. Me and the women both got our eye exams done then had to sit for another 15 mins well the receptionists sat around on their phones. Then I had a women named Jessica call me and give me an attitude the whole time. She was vey nasty she even gave me a hard time about how I paid for my glasses. Tried to also argue with me about my glass lenses size. Overall horrible experience and I do not recommend this location at all.

Good day, you have a smart, informative, wonderful young lady by the name of Tatiana who works at your Delaware location. She really needs a promotion, or a lunch day. She helped me out tremendously with my glasses. Definitely 2 thumbs up. Great customer service. Made everything smooth for me, getting my glasses. Thank you.

Figured I give this place a try. DONT Do IT. Called ahead of time to see if they took my insurance.she stated they only take a partial of my insurance carrier. But if I came in I could get eye exam and glasses for my insurance plus $45.00. I showed up in person and. No special, no promotion. Said the receptionist never said that. Oh well, (America's Best). Your product has gone done hill and now your service has as well. Oh, and this establishment on Delaware in Buffalo.looked like the employees and their friends were too busy to offer any assistance to customers. Unbelievable!

Kia was great! Went there with my 2 boys, ages 16 & 13.
We must of touched every pair of glasses there was to try on Kai never got upset, never got mad.she worked so well with my boys, we were there for hours trying to find glasses and she helped us the whole time!
She made our visit to A. Best an easy appointment, especially with my 2 sons who would rather of been home playing their game on 1 of the last days of their xmas break!

Very professional. Took a lot of time making sure that my new glasses were perfect. I appreciated the extra attention that I didn’t get at more expensive optical stores.

Best experience I've had getting new glasses. The hardest part is always picking out a new pair of frames and Tatiana did an amazing job providing a much needed second opinion and assisting with choosing the best lenses to fit my needs. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

Tatiana is the ONLY reason I am giving five stars. Her customer service is absolutely amazing & this company is very lucky to have her. The lady at the check in counter was extremely rude & was telling me that I was late to my appointment. When in fact there was a line when I walked in & was waiting on her. I never received a text message to fill out a questionnaire & they were refusing to see me. I had to ask for a "manager" because none of it made sense. They have you make an appointment with the doctor when in actuality the doctor is virtual & can not offer you have the things the website says is available. I've gotten sooo many pairs of glasses from this particular location & didn't understand why I was being treated so rudely.
