I would not recommend these guys due to they had given a contract for a couch and recliner that was supposed to be up soon but they decided to extend it once I tried to pay off the rest of it and it would have been 4 times the amount that was chosen paying 200 monthly they basically just took my money cause I had returned it due to not getting any calls from a supervisor to confirm and got no calls back sorry but not paying 5 grand for a couch and chair. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Poor service and poor attitudes and they will take your money.

Had the worst customer experience here they are Absolutely not for the customer they overcharge and are Sneaky.
Got a laptop from them about 2 year ago And when I got it to my house it was  Overheating and would not stay on for more then 2 hours. Was apparently pre owned before and made me pay full price for it just about.had issues with it they supposedly fixed it and made it worse and my computer stop working and they told me that they would help me with 100$ off a new one if I wanted a new laptop and I was about  3 months away from paying off the laptop. And on top of all that I went back and forgave them for pretty much just taking all my money and got a Couch and recliner last year that if you look online it was only about alil over 1,000$ They wanted to  Charge me  alil over 4,000$  I mean I understand that they have to make their money somehow but that up charging is dramatic. All around disappointed.

They associates are friendly they do their jobs well and I will say we have been renting from them off and on for many different things over the past 5 years and never had any problema

Ive known Lee for years and hes fantastic! I've never had any issues with them. Every time I've had a question about something or needed something they were very quick to respond. Will continue to rent from them.

The only place I go to make payments. I've rented on and off for 6 years. I won't buy from any place else. They always take care of customers. One time I was late with payment and just called in and asked if I could be late. They worked with me.

I have done business with the owner for the past 8 years. He is a great person to deal with and looks to give you the best quality at the best deal.

Have been a customer for many years. Great customer service, they are super friendly and very helpful. They work with you to get you what you want. Have never has a problem with their merchandise and if we did they helped to fix it.

I would give you 18 stars if it would let me. Really good costumer service. I would recommend you to everyone.

Lee has been amazing so has Sarah and we literally just paid three things off of our account and they get us the best deals possible they go out of their way especially when it comes to being late or only being able to pay half of it majority of our stuff in our place is rented from them except for the stove and the refrigerator but all around they have been good to us I don't know why people keep on giving this place bad reviews

Easy to rent from and have made multiple purchases of furniture to include a tv and a sectional that both held up well even after moving it from ny across the midwest! I have always had good customer service and have never personally known anyone who has had a bad experience. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Zero stars based on a recent experience. We went in with elderly neighbors so they could rent an A/C unit on a 90° day. The guy tells a kid to "run over to Subway-theyre not using it. " This floor unit was taped, cracked, missing the filter, coils clogged with dust as it was used and the filtervwasnt in it, doesn't have a window piece where the tube exhausts out. They were charging these old people over $100 a month for a broken piece of garbage that didn't work. That junk went back to this store the next day and a refund was given. I would not get anything from this store.
