Amber Ng and her team helped us find and buy a house in the very competitive market in Staten Island, at the end of 2021, when desirable houses would be listed and sell within days. While we were living in Connecticut and traveling to Staten Island on weekends, all team members were always available to meet us to look at houses. The genius stroke was finding a house that fit our exact expectations, before it went on the market, and giving us a chance to see it and bid on it. And that's the house we bought.

Avoid Andy Lin.extremely unprofessional. Cleared a schedule for a viewing a week in advance.
Day before the viewing I haven’t heard back from Andy so I reached out to confirm the appointment (something the agent should do).
Was told the appointment was no longer available. At what point were was he going to reach out to let me know? Very unprofessional. Stay away.

As a person that have no experience on selling a home having an experience real state agent like Victor really made the whole process easy.
He came to my house and take beautiful pictures and that really made house show it true value.
Victor was always keeping me inform of any new update about my house. Victor made an experience that for made might be frustrating easy for me. He completely understood what I need done and he did.

I am a LANDLORD and paying the brokers commission is definitely a first for me. Here's how the process has gone so far. For example, AmeriHomes Realty has a tenant that they are working with to find a rental unit. Due to the high level of expertise and customer service, the prospective tenant has chosen to use AmeriHomes. The agent contacted me and setup the showing, was upfront about being an agent and the commission fees, and brought the prospective tenant to the showing. Thanks to my neighbors, I am aware that one-month is standard when the agents find qualified tenants, etc. I think that if they bring the most qualified tenant, it should be no burden in paying the brokers fee in return for their hard work. So far, AmeriHomes rental agents haven’t disappointed me. I recommend them.

When working with AmeriHomesRealty, I was taken care of by Victoria Shapovalova. She was very accommodating with my schedule and apartment needs. I would recommend her to anybody that wants to make the apartment hunting process stress free. Despite my eagerness to find an apartment, she kept a professional demeanor throughout my time working with her.
