Ameritania at Times Square Hotel, New York NY

Decent price in the heart of the Times Square action. Don't expect a view and the rooms are small, but the showers are great and you can't beat the location.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff service is excellent and the location unbeatable.

Amazing location and friendly staff. However, the rooms are old and small. The air-conditioning loud and dirty. If you are a light sleeper, you will not have a good night sleep, you can hear everything from the hallway.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Manhattan.
I stayed at this property for 8 nights with my partner in room 602. Modern hotel and spacious and clean room, although a little dark due to the dark colors of the walls. Professional and very kind staff. Equipped with a bathroom kit renewed daily and free breakfast drinks every morning. Excellent location for visiting the city both on foot due to its proximity to many attractions and by using the subway (various lines available a few meters away).

Very good location, right on Broadway. Rooms clean and solid. Service very friendly and helpful, except reception in the evening. The rudeness personified!

I stayed at Oyo Times Square a couple of nights before staying at this hotel and the room at Ameritania was a very pleasant surprise. MUCH larger than my room at Oyo and MUCH nicer. It was super clean, stylish and there were even two bottles of water waiting for me. I had booked a standard room, but they gave me a room with two beds, and it had a very nice desk area and a small fridge! I didn't care for the gauche style in the lobby, but I didn't spend any time there, so whatever. I'll definitely be staying there again.

Great location near everything. Rooms we're clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My go to when I visit the city. I can always count and Adam, Jaelen, and the rest of the staff to take great care of me. Love the rooms!

The hotel is very well located because it has several metro stops nearby that combine several lines where you can see many activities (especially the most important ones). The hotel replenishes shampoo and gel, towels and every day they leave you bottles of water. It is a good area to walk near Times Square and with a lot of places around to eat and a supermarket. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Easy location to walk to Times Square and subways. Smaller rooms, but you're not spending a ton of time in them. Giant mirror in the room was fabulous! Nice and helpful staff. Great location!

Spent one night here and the experience was wonderful. The room, Tv, bed, bathroom, distance from Times Square and subway- all great. We were greeted by Khaoula and Lida who were absolutely amazing as we were checking in. Our room was upgraded and we were given a complimentary drink voucher. Grade A hospitality! Would stay here again!

One-week stay from August 6 to 13,2023. Quick welcome, perfect location close to everything: times square, central park, Moma, small food shopping center 3 minutes away. The room corresponds to the photos. Sound air conditioning but as in all US hotels. I highly recommend this hotel or I will return

The room is clean and the bathroom appears to have been recently remodeled.
The faucet looks like new and the location of the hotel is very good.

The hotel has a great location, between Central Park and Times Square, a pleasant and easy place to walk. You can do everything on foot or by metro.
We arrived at 7 am and as there was a room available, we were able to check in right away.
Our room had a good space, with everything well maintained and new.great shower, fridge in the room.despite being carpeted, it was very clean!
Every day they left 2 bottles of water, and in the morning there was coffee at the reception.

The location is excellent, but the truth is that the rooms are somewhat neglected 2 days in a row, cockroaches in the room coming out I went to the reception and they just told me I already sent someone when it took more than 30 minutes to send someone the truth is the treatment of the people Reception towards me because I am not American was different, as was the person who takes care of your bags, he almost threw my bags at me every time I took care of them, having a good location is of no use to you if the treatment of the staff is not worth it and I did not go to another hotel because it was already paid for it is the first and last time to visit this hotel

We recently stayed here in August, the hotel staff we're absolutely amazing. We want to mention Jeff the door man who helped us with everything he such a gentleman! Thank you to Isis the lovely receptionist for making our stay so special! Thank you to Samir the door man also he was so lovely and helpful also. The only thing I would say bad about the hotel is the doors seem very thin and not very secure although we had no issues throughout our stay on this regard it was just a little unsettling.

I had a fantastic stay at Ameritania Hotel NYC! A special shout out to Jeff, one of the friendly staff members, who went out of his way to give me insider tips. He recommended the best bagel spot in the city, where his wife even takes the trouble to cross town just to buy them. The hotel's service was excellent, and this personalized touch made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend Ameritania Hotel NYC.
I am an Upper West fan, so the location is not my favorite, but it's perfect for someone who has never been to the city.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are small yes but functional. You don't go to New York to chill in your hotel room. It's perfect to sleep in and have a shower. Staff were incredibly polite and respectful. Free coffee in the morning was a perfect touch. This hotel is close to everything but off the beaten path so you don't heat all the Times Square noise. This will be our go to hotel for NYC.

They charged us double the original price at checkout without warning for the "taxes"
