AMF Dewey Garden Lanes, Rochester NY

The lanes are over oiled, feels like I'm bowling through Vaseline. I could only find one 15lb ball in the entirety of the place. The draft lines have obviously not been cleaned in many months Thus the beer tastes like something is growing in it because something is growing in it. The bartender did give me a replacement for my beer so that is nice.

Had a birthday/graduation party here and the staff was amazing. Even working short you couldn't tell because they had a solid system and were very attentive. They went above and beyond. I will be back and recommend to everyone.

Went on a Sunday night and enjoyed the promo for after 6pm bowling. The staff was very accommodating between friendly service and a very friendly bartender. Would definitely come out again. Food was okay for a bowling alley but great service pushed this to a 5.

Fun place to take your kids and to bowl but the staff was extremely rude and hostile and they seem to have no AC in the building so bring some deodorant!

Was only visiting another customer, there were very few people there. I need to come and visit again to make a better judgment of your accommodations and of your staff. No one was at the service desk and I did not order any refreshments.

I was sceptical being African American. But the service was excellent. We had a lot of fun< was my initial review. Currently Apr2023. We enjoyed ourselves Friday evening $105 for unlimited bowling for 4 with shoe rental included for 3. The special is available Friday 9pm-close. Be sure to check out the daily specials. Additionally our food arrived fast and hot. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Place is absolute rip off. $9 per game for open bowling and that's not even including shoe rental if you need it. The drinks are over priced.

Held my son’s 4th birthday here. So east! Booked online and when we showed up, they were ready for us! Professional, punctual and polite every minute of the party. The food was perfect bowling food and my son had a blast! No problems with the lanes and a great time for all the kids.

Edit: I was encouraged by the owner to come back, and I did. The lanes were less busy this time and all of the other bowlers stayed in thier own lanes. Pricing is still high here considering ABC Gates is just so affordable, but I would come back here again.

Bowling was very pricy here, and the lanes were extremely crowded. We had a bunch of kids keep running into our lane, and misusing the equipment to the point of scratching the wood floors.

The staff seemed either way too busy, and maybe a touch understaffed for the number of guests at the time.

The lanes themselves seemed to be well maintained, and updated compared to other alleys in the area. I might come here again, but only if there is a sale or break in price. We spent over $60 for two people to bowl 2 games. We wanted to bowl 3, but the price was insane. Compared to other lanes I've visited recently (Webster, Spencerport, Gates ABC) this was the most I have ever paid for bowling.

Great birthday party for my teenage daughter. They took great care of us. The kids had fun.
