AMF Wantagh Lanes

I hadn't been bowling in years and had never been to this bowling alley before. Overall, the place was clean and the staff was generally helpful. We were looking to do late night bowling with the lowered lighting and music playing. We paid for the option of having unlimited games and planned to have some drinks and to stay for a while. There was some music but unfortunately, they never lowered the lights. They also closed at midnight. On a Friday night. Our fault for not checking ahead, but I don't think I've ever been to alley that closed at midnight on a Friday before. Only other complaints were that the drinks were a bit pricy and the bartender was pulling double duty as fry cook in the snack shop and was hardly ever at the bar. A couple of times we waited close to a half hour to order drinks.

In summary, a great bowling alley for a league or to take your kids out, but not so great for a date night / adult friends night out.

Overall AMF Wantagh is an chill place with a good vibe. It’s worth the price you pay. The customer service is superb. Would go back again.

It is always fun to go bowling with family and friends and we did just that here! The place is spacious, it has drinks, fast food and music. There were other games available such as pool and the arcades, but everyone there was mostly bowling. We enjoyed it!

I got it on a good day, actually it was a Sunday, I think it goes without saying I am a man of color, hue if you will. And even I had it all right time and the staff was very accommodating, sorry I had to say my comment in this way but I'm trying to be as forward as possible to reach everybody and understanding my experience

Balls keep coming back chipped up on multiple lanes. Advised management. Problem still not fixed months later.

Clean and Alot of fun the people are friendly and helpful. And the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely go back to this bowling alley.

Went to a birthday party, staff was friendly, place is well run, we had a great time and look forward to going back!

They were nice and clean. Short staffed but none the less, nice. But the Pro shop guy JASON, he is amazing! Knows his stuff for sure!

AMF Wantagh is a great, clean alley. Tyler, the waitress, and Jason in the pro shop are great!

Bowled at Wantagh for the first time yesterday afternoon and I had a great experience. The staff was nice and accommodating, the bowling alley was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We always go here for something to do with the kids on weekends. The prices are great and the staff is super friendly. We have done a few of the kids bday parties here and it's always well done and the staff looks after you really well

Sons birthday party was here and was a $hi% show. Especially the game room attendant for the pool table. Horrible manners with no respect for customers. Party staff was ridiculous and had to find them every 5 minutes to get refills or something for the party. Plus it was not cheap

Remodeled to space out customers at the lanes in a cute 50s style. Lanes are well maintained. Bar area well seated. Game room for kids.
