We've lived here twice now, from 04-06 and from 09 until now, and we couldn't be happier. Management is friendly, maintenance is friendly and very quick to respond to issues - frequently waiting by my door before I've managed to walk back from the office. Price is very reasonable for the size (1100sq). Only real complaints are things that are personal irritations. Highly recommended to anyone.
