Gym Amnesty Crossfit reviews
6Super awesome place with great people and a team of awesome athletes there to push you to your goal! Highly recommend!
I am so glad I joined this gym! It's a great place to work out and the people and coaches are amazing. For all fitness levels! I personally have been plagued with some injuries and the coaches have been so nice and accommodating to help me figure out what I can still do without injuring myself more, but still be active! I can't say enough about this place! Highly recommend you check them out!
Amnesty Crossfit has become more than a gym to me but a home, a place where even if I am not working out I just want to be. The atmosphere and the people who make up this community bring out a side of yourself you may not even know existed. The coaching here at Amnesty is beyond any other I experienced. Each coach focuses on your safety, form, and progress acknowledging any limitations and modifying when needed. As a three month pregnant crossfitter, the coaches have shown extra attention to me to make sure I can talk through workouts, modify where needed, and to make sure both me and baby are safe through the workouts. Additionally, the nutritional counseling has been a total game changer for me as I have always been athletic but still struggled with diet. Ive lost over 30 pounds working out at amnesty and built so much muscle. I have also seen medical issues I had resolve with the combination of diet and exercise. I can not recommend this community enough, what Rachael and Rick have created is one of the most meaningful and beneficial things in my life.
I went looking for a good gym where I could get some decent coaching, but I found so much more. Every time I walk through the door, I am overwhelmed with encouragement and positivity. The coaching staff genuinely care about how you’re feeling and work hard to make sure every skill level feels comfortable and every injury or limitation is accounted for. I love that instead of hearing a lot of people say “Oh I can’t do that because of this” or “That's too hard for me, I can’t do it” you hear a lot of, “That’s challenging, but let me try it” and “I can’t do that yet, but I’m working on it”. Going to classes is usually my favorite part of the day.
Great staff, awesomely unique facility. One of my best decisions in life was joining Amnesty crossfit, its changed my life health wise and has given me the best support system. Coaches are very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 great place!
