Awesome place to go very relaxing atmosphere and food was outstanding. Staff was very helpful.great views at sunset.
This business owner has no idea how-to treat people like human beings he was rude arrogant and while I was patronizing his laundromat he drove up to me aggressively while taking pictures on his phone calling me dumb for propping a door open after not answering his help line posted on his businesses wall to answer my questions. I would NEVER EVER do any business with this man he is out for your cash not your "business"
Owner also runs Fair Haven Laundromat, and has been extremely rude and demeaning to customers. Will not support a business that treats customers that way!
Great fishin, location, marina, and accommodations, but the best is the hard working hosts, Chris and Linda, who will do anything they can and more for you!
Revisited website to update my feelings from a few yrs back.same owner with same obnoxious attitude based on comments read on reviews.great to see I'm not the only sane person to stay away from this lodge. Chris the owner took my boat off its mooring and parked it in dence weeds got my intake clogged up. Asked him to move boat and had huge argument he told me if I didn't like it to haul my rig out and go home. So needless to say I left and the bad thing was my 7 yr old son had to see it all. Very very nasty and obnoxious nut will never go back until its either sold with new owners or he drops dead.
People very nice here. Very clean. Rent a home or cabin. And boat dock and fish. Restaurant near by
Very nice and clean resort with cabins in Fair Haven, NY. Great place to stay if your planning Salmon fishing in Lake Ontario.
