We had Allstate with Andrea, we never had a concern or problem. My husband changed Insurance thinking he would save money. This was a BIG mistake. The level of experience and quality of care could not be matched.
We switched back to Andrea and are extremely grateful for all her help. I would highly recommend.

Plumbing issues needed 5 holes drilled through our floors find and repair leaks.since it required two separate visits and many hours to locate and repair the leaks that were under my slab, there were two separate claims and claims adjusters. Both were thorough and very helpful to resolving the claims and damages to our satisfaction. We appreciate Andrea's team for all their help very much!

Have had Allstate Insurance since the 80's with auto and home. Now things have changed new owner from my broker but everything is better with the technology we have today. But besides all that Andrea and her staff still have the time to pick up the phone and reach out to their clients to make sure you satisfied and answer any questions.
