Andrews Terrace, Rochester NY

Not a resident. However, any architect worth his salt would say that this is the most unsightly and ugliest building they have ever seen in downtown Rochester. At least from the exterior. It ruins the whole Rochester skyline, they should redevelop this building and hire an architect this time around.the city government’s urban planners pls take note.

When I first moved in I was pretty excited and happy to be there. But as time moved by management made things very difficult to wanna stay there. They were suddenly being very rude and disrespectful to me and everyone who lived there. Audrey was like the only person in that office that acted professional

This place has quite a few problems. The elevators on the B side are ALWAYS breaking down or having some sort of issue. Why there is a total of only 2 elevators on each side for literally hundreds of people is beyond me. Whoever built this building thinking that was a good idea must have been smoking the biggest crack rocks. Secondly, some of the apartments leak water from the ceiling and maintenance ALWAYS say they will fix it but have NEVER done anything about it. This has been going on for years. I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet for this. Thirdly, this place is known to have a serious bed bug infestation. I can keep going but it's alot to write. At least the rent is cheap and some of the workers there are nice.

Cleaning staff friendly
maintenance is quick and efficient
Office staff courteous and compassionate always approachable
Hate to leave.
